◾21+ day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
◆ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Local ordinances prohibit events, parties, and weddings at short-term rentals. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
◆ Pool heating is not necessary most of the year. However, if during colder months pool heating is requested by guests this can be accommodated with an additional charge of $150 per night. Pool heating fee must be paid at least 2 days before check-in. If you have questions, feel free to contact us. Pool heating not available May-Sept.
◆ We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this property. The owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.
