The Space:

Welcome to The Tipsy Cactus, a playful Scottsdale escape built for sunshine, cocktails and good times. Just 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home brings together the amenities people actually come to Arizona for: a private diving pool, putting green, indoor cocktail bar, outdoor cabana and plenty of room to hang out.



The backyard is the star. Spend the afternoon floating in the private diving pool, challenge the group on the putting green, then settle into the covered cabana with the fire table and outdoor TV as the Arizona sky turns pink. Palm trees, lounge seating and multiple gathering areas give everyone space to spread out.



Inside, the house has a clean, modern feel with 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. But our favorite room might be the bar. Pour a whiskey, mix an Old Fashioned or open a bottle of wine at the dedicated cocktail bar, complete with glassware, lounge seating and its own TV. It’s the perfect pregame spot before heading into Old Town—or a reason to stay home altogether.



And location? You’re only about 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, putting restaurants, nightlife, shopping, Scottsdale Fashion Square, spring training and some of the Valley’s best golf within easy reach.

Other Things to Note:

Pool & Spa Safety Waiver: A signed pool and spa use and safety waiver is required prior to check-in.



Zero-Tolerance Party & Event Policy: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines and/or immediate removal from the property.



Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home. A $250 non-refundable fee will apply for violations.



Security Camera: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry for occupancy verification and emergency/security purposes only. No interior cameras or recording devices are present.



Noise Monitoring: A Minut device monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations. It is used solely to help maintain respectful neighborhood noise levels while protecting guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Pets are not typically permitted; however, exceptions may be considered with advance approval. Approved or unauthorized pets are subject to a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee.



Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. If you need additional time, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
