This home is just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, a vibrant district packed with upscale dining, boutique shopping, buzzing nightlife, and world-class art galleries. Golfers will find paradise nearby with dozens of premier courses just a short drive away, while nature lovers can explore scenic hikes at Camelback Mountain or stroll along the Arizona Canal Trail. Whether you're here for a relaxing desert escape, a golf trip, or a lively weekend with friends, this location places you at the crossroads of it all.



Getting Around:

Getting around is effortless from this central Scottsdale location. You’ll be just a quick drive or affordable Waymo (self driving) or Uber ride from top attractions like Old Town, Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Entertainment District, and a wide variety of golf courses and spas. Need groceries or last-minute essentials? You're surrounded by options - there's a Safeway 2 minutes up the road.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Related: Pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee to extend your swimming season. The pool is set to automatically maintain a comfortable temperature - around 75 - 80°F in the winter and 65–70°F in the spring/summer.

 Please do not touch or adjust any pool equipment, buttons, or settings. The system is automated, and any changes could damage the equipment or stop the heater from working properly. Please note that the waterfall must remain off when the heater is running and we provide a cover for you to put on the pool at night - this is crucial for maintaining heat overnight.

 

Weekly Maintenance: The pool technician visits once a week usually on Wednesday, entering through the side gate. They’ll be on-site for about 15–20 minutes to clean and check everything.



Movie theater screen comes with a projector. The screen requires assembly - takes less than 5 minutes.

Please note that we provide two additional rollaway twin beds conveniently stored in the closet for your use. This ensures flexibility in sleeping arrangements while maintaining ample space when not in use.

In that case, we’ll schedule assistance for the following day. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can resolve the issue the same day. Outside of our general support hours, we have an after-hours answering service that records all messages and can answer common questions. Our team reviews these messages the following morning to ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.



We offer two propane refill options:



Propane Refill Service (By Request / Approval – Additional Fee)

Guests can request a propane delivery and installation for a fee. This service is not guaranteed and is best if arranged in advance.



Self-Refill (Reimbursement Available)

Guests may refill propane themselves. We will reimburse up to $30 per full tank per appliance with a valid receipt.



Filtered Water

We provide a refrigerator for your use, but we do not stock filtered water. This is because most standard refrigerator or pitcher filters do not effectively purify the water—they primarily improve taste and odor without removing many contaminants. In our own home, we use reverse osmosis (RO) filtration, which provides a much higher level of water purity. RO systems remove a wide range of impurities, including heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, and other dissolved solids that basic filters can't. When we travel, we personally purchase reverse osmosis water from the store to ensure we're drinking the cleanest water possible. If high-quality filtered water is important to you, we recommend picking up a few gallons of RO water nearby during your stay.
