It’s a highly safe and quiet neighborhood, primarily surrounded by families and children often playing in the streets. The community is very active, so you’ll usually see mountain bikers and hikers out enjoying the area. Just outside the front door, you can cross the street to a wash that leads directly to the Desert Classic Trail, which connects to South Mountain—an ideal setup for outdoor enthusiasts exploring the trails.

The only "intruders" you might encounter are the occasional coyote, javelina, or quail, which adds a touch of charm to being so close to nature.

We know all our neighbors well, and they’re super friendly. The area is part of Phoenix but is specifically known as Ahwatukee. It’s conveniently located near Tempe and only about 15 minutes from ASU. For navigation, you can take the Elliot exit off the I-10, with major nearby cross streets being Elliot & Warner Loop or 48th Street & Elliot.

★ During your stay, the garage is a shared space with the owner, primarily for access to the washer and dryer.

★ The entire home is available for your use except for the RV/Trailer parked in the front driveway, which the owner (myself) occupied. You may occasionally see me coming and going during your stay, but your privacy and comfort are a priority.

★ While no interaction with guests is necessary, I will be readily available if you require assistance or have any questions during your stay. Your comfort and convenience are my top priorities.
