The space
The condo has a modern look and is tastefully decorated with new furnishings throughout. Relax on the sofa and watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Enjoy a cookout on the large patio. There is very convenient parking right outside the door of your condo. The condo has its own washer and dryer for your use. The second bedroom is downstairs and has 2 twin beds with another Smart TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs: The king bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a large closet, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding, and another Smart TV. Also upstairs is a loft with a futon and Smart TV.
The complex has a sparkling community pool and hot tub.

Fabulous location- grocery stores within a 5 minute drive, and countless fantastic restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale(13 min), downtown Phoenix(17 min), and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport(10 min), also just a short 7 minute drive to ASU. Close to the Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, Hole in the Rock hiking, the Desert Botanical Gardens, and Rio Salado Park.
