« Let me get the negatives out of the way first: I was super skeptical of having to use Aardvark Labs, as my booking forced me to use a 3rd party website. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam. But the Vrbo agent assured me this was legitimate, and that the renter went through their process, so I gave it a shot. Another irritation is that even after going through...

« We've been to Scottsdale every year for several years, and our first time stay at this condo was the best ever. Robert and Cyril were excellent hosts and responded immediately to our questions. The space was clean, modern, with a VERY comfortable bed and a lovely patio. The location was also close to Old Town. Since we had unusually hot weather in March we were concerned about the A/C. No problem and all, the A/C worked great and kept us cool in 100 degree weather outside. We will come back...

« We would absolutely would stay at this lovely place again. First class kitchen and appliances, contemporary, thoughtful decor, best views of the sunrise ever from all spaces (even the bedroom!). Fountain Hills and Maricopa County trails were close by and made for super exploring close to home. »

« Great condo for 4 guests. The owner was very responsive via VRBO site and lock instructions were great. Pots and pans very old/worn and not enough silverware for 4 people. Although obviously cleaned and dry, the white towels were stained/didn’t look clean. Shower curtains in the master bath might need to replaced? (Rusty rings). « We felt the place was dirty. The bathrooms really needed more attention with vacuuming and mopping. We found the bathroom still had hair on the floor. There is only a community laundry and we were not able to get the app system to work to pay for the laundry… we needed to take our dirty laundry to a friends house to wash and dry. Overall, we were not happy at this place. It was also The Masters weekend and tv viewing did not allow us to watch it live, or included standard tv coverage. »

« The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. The fan light in the room kept going on and off so we were unable to use the fan in the room. Moving air would have been more comfortable. »
