Do note that if the outdoor temperature falls below 40°F, the pool may not reach that target temperature despite the heater running. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee. -No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. -Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you. -No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
The pool is heated at no additional charge to guests during the colder months, from October through May, with the heater set to maintain a comfortable 85°F (29°C). Please note that if the outdoor temperature drops below 40°F (4°C), the pool may not be able to maintain the full 85°F despite the heater running. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying the pool during the warmer parts of the day.
