Guests must certify compliance with all applicable regulations. This property may not be used for any nonresidential or otherwise prohibited activities as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Violations may result in civil penalties starting at $500, in addition to any other applicable fines or enforcement actions. Housing registered sex offenders at this short-term rental is prohibited by both Arizona State Law and local ordinance. As required by local regulations, the property owner will conduct a basic background check for all guests prior to arrival.
