Pets Welcome (With a Little Extra Info First!)
We know pets are part of the family too! That’s why we happily allow up to 2 low shed, trained dogs to join you during your stay. Please just send us a quick message to confirm we take your dog’s breed before booking — we want to make sure everyone has the best and safest experience possible. Wagging tails welcome!
$75 per pet per stay, paid for during the booking process.
We do ask the guest to be responsible for any pet damages and for keeping a clean yard. Potential $25 charge assessed for yard cleaning.
OUTDOOR AREA:
Enjoy evening sunsets or morning coffee with plenty of outdoor seating on the patio or by the firepit. The pool and backyard have been completely renovated to create a welcoming space for our guests to enjoy.
There are multiple outdoor areas. The main yard has plenty of room for yoga or throwing the football. The fenced-in side yard contains games for all, is shaded most of the day (nice!), and is a perfect place to let kids to play.

The pool area is secured with a child-safe safety gate, giving parents peace of mind while kiddos play in the side yard. Whether you're traveling with toddlers or curious kids, you can relax knowing there’s a protective barrier between the home and the water. Trash:
We know taking care of the trash is not top of mind while on vacation, but we sincerely appreciate your help in this necessary housekeeping item. If your stay includes a SUNDAY, please place BOTH trash cans at the street either before checking out Sunday morning or by Sunday night if staying on Sunday night.

BEDROOMS:
Our beds are more than just a place to sleep — they’re a destination for rest.
Master Bedroom: Split King bed (made up of 2 twins) with mattresses that feature a plush, deep profile designed to cradle you in comfort and provide the kind of supportive sleep you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Each has an adjustable base underneath, so you can raise or lower the head and/or foot of the bed for your maximum individual comfort. You have your own ensuite in this room. Sleeps 2. Has a pack and play with padded bottom for infants.
Bedroom 2: King bed. Shares bathroom #2, has a makeup vanity with a light-up mirror with various light settings, so you can pick what works for you. Sleeps 2.
Also please note: For safety reasons, the sliding glass door stays locked at all times. Access to the pool and hot tub are via the safety gate on the side of the house.
Bedroom 3: You have a queen over queen bunkbed (2 beds) in this room which sleeps 4 comfortably. This bedroom shares bathroom #2.
Bedroom 4: You have 2 twin bunkbeds (4 beds) in this room, which shares bathroom #2. Sleeps 4. You also have plenty of charging ports on nightstands and lamps, everything you need!
BATHROOMS:
2 full bathrooms.
Your 1st bathroom is an ensuite for the master bedroom and has a shower plus a single sink 38” vanity.
Your 2nd bathroom has a tub and shower combination plus a single sink 38” vanity.
LIVING ROOM
Your living area has a huge, plush sectional sofa, so everyone has a place to sit. Prop your feet up, there are several huge ottomans there for you to relax. The sectional also sleeps 2 additional people as the 3 ottomans can be configured to your preferred layout. Bedding is inside the ottomans and extra pillows are in hall cabinets.
KITCHEN AND DINING:
Your dining room has a large dining table for 12, so everyone can enjoy meals together.
Enjoy the fully equipped modern kitchen for family gatherings. You'll have all of the full-size major appliances in addition to: Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee pot, mixer, blender, toaster, crockpot, plastic dinnerware for kids, wine and bourbon glasses, all necessary cookware & bakeware, etc. Complimentary coffee, sugar, creamers, & syrup are provided. Basic seasonings, oils, baggies, foil, etc. are also provided.
