Long Rifle Oasis is such a special place with its own vibe! This luxury vacation home is 4,700 sq ft of relaxation, encompassing a 1.6 acre property, designed to give you a place to rejuvenate. This Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home is perfect for every occasion. Corporate retreats, weddings, bridal showers, anniversary events, baby showers, family reunions, team trainings, boys trips, girls trips, and so much more!

The carefully planned, custom designed, outdoor space is complete with a Bali bed for relaxation, conversation spaces as you enter the pool and the spa, numerous areas to share a meal and stories, a quiet pergola space for those who want a bit of peace and quiet, and a custom made, professional quality, 1,100 sq ft putting green for those golf fans.

The outdoor kitchen, complete with grill, and refrigerator, adds to the Carefree vibe, encouraging outdoor dining in the beautiful Arizona weather. The oversized custom couches on the patio are the perfect space to take an afternoon nap.

The gas fireplace will be one of your favorite spaces, equipped with plenty of seating to enjoy your beverage of choice after a day of fun activities or relaxation.

The interior spaces are designed with a calm, soothing modern color palette to promote the regeneration of one's spirit. Whether your stay is for business or vacation, this is the perfect space for every occasion.

The game room is fully equipped with a bar, 8 person custom made poker table, a foosball table, an electric dartboard game, and a vintage arcade game with over 3,500 video games to choose from!

Each bedroom has its own bathroom access, along with an extra bathroom off of the game room and putting green patio.

Enjoy cooking a feast in the chef's kitchen, complete with an under-counter microwave, 2 dishwashers, a Thermador gas stove with grill, and Thermador refrigerator.

Working during your stay? We have a wireless printer and high-speed internet to aid you in getting your work done.

Finally, the Master suite is custom-designed with 12' Patio Doors with a view of Black Mountain, a wall-mounted Dimplex electric fire feature, luxurious soaking tub, rain showerhead, 2nd showerhead with temperature gauge, custom-built steam room, 2 vanity sinks, plenty of storage, water closet, and a walk in closet.

You will have full access to the full property to include the newly renovated Casita with the exception of the detached garage, the locked walk in closet, and some storage spaces.

There’s a total of 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms, and sleeps 14 guests. Plenty of space for everyone.

Long Rifle Oasis is tucked into a sprawling neighborhood, behind the boulders, at the base of Black Mountain. The neighborhood is perfect for evening walks. Grocery stores are within a 3-15 minute drive, depending on your store selection. Incredible restaurants are just around the corner in Carefree and Cave Creek.

Parking is plentiful at Long Rifle Oasis. There is a complete circle driveway with 2 manual gates adorned with crossing black long rifles. There is enough space to park an RV or horse trailer. The property could easily fit 15 cars or trucks.

While children are welcome, please note that it is not equipped with a playground, and is not suitable for children that are left unattended.

The pool's only safety feature is the self-closing gates and the patio doors that lead to the pool. Each patio door and exterior door has an alarm for additional safety features, however, should not be solely relied upon.

The pool and hot tub are available for heating to 83 degrees from October 1 - April 15 for an additional charge of $100 per each night of your stay.
*Pool heating must be requested and paid for at the time of booking.
-The pool temperature will be set for your entire stay
-The hot tub/spa Is on a cleaning cycle. It takes 1 hour to heat up, simply message us as to when you would like it ready and we will set the timer
-Refunds are not available on pool heating fees
