« I found out after I left that there are free cookies for customers, but I was not able to taste them because I was not made aware by the employees.
There was no body wash in the container in shower I was lucky to have a bar of soap handy.
Other than that everything was great. »

« Lovely resort in terms of location, facilities, and very relaxed atmosphere.
For a resort with the reputation of The Boulders, I would have expected the service to be better and more consistent. While we met some truly excellent people, there were a number who were just doing a good job and lacked a bit of energy and desire to go the extra mile.
The room also needed a little love, with a few dings in the door, chipped paint work etc.
Overall, we would definitely come back, but probably only...
