Service Pet Policy

Only service animals (as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act) are allowed. Emotional support animals, therapy pets, or other non-certified pets are not considered service animals and are not permitted unless otherwise approved.
Guests must notify the host in advance if they are bringing a service animal.
Service animals must be well-behaved, under control, and house-trained at all times.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and ensuring it does not damage the property.
Any damage caused by a service animal may result in additional charges.
Service animals are not allowed on furniture unless approved by the host.
Hosts may ask questions only to verify that the animal is a service animal, not about the guest’s disability.

Visitors Policy

In VRBO, and/or other short-term rentals, visitors are individuals who stop by briefly but are not part of the reservation. They are considered “in and out” — for example, dropping something off, saying hello, or a short visit.

Visitors are not allowed to use the home like booked guests, including sleeping over, cooking, staying for extended periods, or using amenities. If it appears that more people are using the property than listed in the reservation, it will be treated as extra or unauthorized guests, which is not permitted.

All visitors must be pre-authorized and communicated to the host in advance. Unannounced or unauthorized visitors are not allowed. Failure to notify the host of visitor presence may raise concerns about parties, gatherings, or unauthorized use of the property and amenities. In such cases, additional charges may apply and the reservation may be subject to cancellation without refund.
