Pool heating is available for $100/day (usually only needed during winter months). Jacuzzi heating is included at no extra charge.

Please lock all doors and gates when leaving the property.

The property does not have a pool fence. Children must be supervised at all times.

We do not allow parties or events.

Treat the home as if it were your own.

Clean up after yourself.
Deep cleaning is not required, but please leave things tidy.

Pets not allowed.
Bringing pets is strictly prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged if a pet is discovered on the premises.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, and any other substances.

A $250 penalty will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found inside the property.

Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors only and must properly dispose of cigarette waste.

Trash: Please place garbage in designated bins and avoid generating excessive waste.

Damages: If any damage occurs beyond normal wear and tear, please inform the hosts as soon as possible and cooperate in finding a fair solution. If you’re responsible for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning, an appropriate reimbursement may be requested.

💧 Help Us Conserve Water
As part of our commitment to the environment and the care of the home, we ask that you use water mindfully. If your towels are still clean, feel free to reuse them during your stay. Thank you for helping us reduce waste!

📝 Reminders & General Guidelines
Rinse dishes and place them in the dishwasher after use.

Make sure all doors are locked and lights are turned off when you leave.

Always turn off the BBQ grill and fire table.

For safety, do not leave children unattended in the pool area — there are no safety locks. Parents or guardians are fully responsible at all times.

No diving allowed in the pool.

🔥 Pool Heating Information:
Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per stay (up to 3 days).
For stays longer than 3 days, an extra $30 per additional day applies.
Pool heating is typically only needed during the winter months.

There is no additional charge for heating the jacuzzi.

Please avoid using fireworks during your stay. We want to maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbors.

How do I get in?

Are visitors allowed during my stay?
Only the maximum number of guests listed in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight. With prior approval, you may have additional visitors during the day, but they cannot stay overnight.

Can I host a party or event?
Parties and large events are not allowed. However, small gatherings are welcome with prior approval.

Are there noise restrictions?
Yes, please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 10 AM to respect the neighbors.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.

Comfort and Amenities

Can I adjust the thermostat?
Yes, feel free to set it to your comfort level.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi. Details will be included in your check-in instructions.

Is there a coffee maker, and do you provide coffee?
Yes! The kitchen has a Keurig machine. We provide a starter pack of coffee pods. Guests are welcome to bring additional supplies.

Pool and Spa

Can the pool be heated?
Yes, the pool can be heated. The cost depends on the length of your stay, so please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to provide more details.

Can the spa/jacuzzi be heated?
Yes, you can adjust the temperature using the remote control. There is no additional cost for the spa.

Do you provide pool toys or floaties?
No, but feel free to bring your favorite floaties or pool toys.

Additional Services and Amenities

Is cleaning included?
Departure cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.

Can I charge my electric vehicle?
Unfortunately, we do not offer electric vehicle charging at the property.

How do I use the BBQ?
The BBQ is connected to natural gas (no propane tank needed).
Ignite the burners using the built-in ignition or a long lighter

Please clean the grill after use

Are pool and gardening services scheduled?
Yes, these services are generally scheduled, but times may vary and can occasionally change without prior notice. Full details can be found in the Welcome Book at the house.

What if something is damaged or broken?
Please contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Is outdoor music allowed?
Music is allowed using a small Bluetooth speaker. Please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 10 AM. No amplified DJ equipment or live bands are permitted.
