Park free in your own driveway and leave the car there — the murals, galleries, coffee shops and patios of Roosevelt Row are a short trip west.

Built for two, quiet at night, and easy to settle into for a weekend or a month.

The whole house is yours. An open living room with a big sectional and a smart TV, a dining nook by the window, and a full kitchen with a range, microwave, dishwasher and a stocked coffee bar — enough to actually cook, not just reheat.

The bedroom is made up with fresh linens, a soft upholstered headboard and real closet space. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in glass shower, so nobody waits their turn. Laundry is in the home.

Out back: a walled patio with turf, pavers and lounge seating. Out front: a shaded brick porch and your own driveway.

You have the entire home to yourself — the living room, kitchen, bedroom, both bathrooms, the front porch, the walled backyard and the driveway. Nothing in the photos is shared, and there is no shared entry.

Park on the property at no extra charge, then walk out the front door into the neighborhood.

This is a historic neighborhood at the edge of downtown Phoenix, so expect the sounds of a real city block — traffic on Roosevelt, the occasional siren, neighbors coming and going.

The home is set up for two guests, and two is the maximum. There is an exterior security camera covering the entrance and driveway for property and package security; there are no cameras anywhere inside the home.

Summers here are hot. The air conditioning keeps up, but plan your outdoor time for mornings and evenings.

Pool heating is optional: available October 15 to May 15 for $75 per day, applied to the whole stay. Request it at least 48 hours before arrival. Heated water is comfortable for swimming but will not feel like a hot tub.
Early check-in at 11 AM is available for $145 when the schedule allows. We will reach out a few days before arrival if it is open.
Pool and landscaping service may access the backyard through the side gate weekly. They do not enter the house.

No checkout chores. Starting the dishwasher before you go is appreciated but not required.
