Located in the quiet heart of Old Town Scottsdale, we have a year-round HEATED POOL & SUPER FAST WIFI. In this safe enclave we are a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to famous restaurants, shopping, bars, museums, & Spring Training.
We offer a chef's kitchen, luxury towels & bedding, 4K TV w/Roku & free NETFLIX, Nespresso & classic coffee machines w/Starbucks coffee, A/C, a bedroom ceiling fan, dedicated covered parking, Tempur-Pedic king bed, sofa bed, and a beautiful bathroom. Condo sleeps 4.
Our condo is recently remodeled using high-quality bedding (a Tempur-Pedic mattress), luxury 100% cotton towels, and new, nice furniture. There is also a year-round heated pool in the condo complex.
Yes, you can find less-expensive places than ours in the area, though pictures can be deceiving and you’ll know the difference when you walk in. You can see and feel it, literally. We stand by our quality furnishings.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION The condo is in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, walkable to most everything a guest would want to do. For further info on just how close we are to everything see The Neighborhood section of this listing.
HEATED POOL & BBQ Our beautiful pool is heated year-round, and it has lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a bbq.
WIFI We provide super fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi so you can Zoom to your heart's content.
BEDDING Our mattress is made by the gold-standard, Tempur-Pedic. Our sheets are 100% luxury cotton. We also offer a variety of pillow types for all sleeping styles, including the Ultimate Plush Comfort Pillow by Sleep Number (it's hypoallergenic, down-alternative, and rated #1 by WireCutter), the Easy Breather Memory Foam Pillow made by Nest (it's the #1 rated pillow on the internet!), and several cotton-filled pillows.
WALK-IN CLOSET & WASHER/DRYER Our condo has a full-size walk-in closet with lots of hangers and space to hang your clothes. We also have pool rafts, a frisbee, and other amenities. In this closet is also a full-size washer and dryer, with detergent provided.
KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets you'd like to have in the kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, Vitamix blender, toaster, traditional coffee pot, utensils, plates, silverware, and more.
TV We have a 4k TV and we pay for subscriptions to Netflix & YouTubeTV. Netflix has lots of series and movies. YouTubeTV has the normal live cable channels, and is great for sports fans because it has many football, basketball, baseball, golf, racing, and other sports channels.
If you have apps/programs on your own device that you want to watch on our TV, remember that you can "screen mirror" from your device to our Roku.
BATHROOM The bathroom is newly remodeled and is super clean and bright. We have a rain shower with an additional normal shower head. We offer luxury 100% cotton bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and black wash cloths for makeup removal.
FAMILIES W/BABY For families with a baby, we provide high-quality amenities, including a Graco Slim Snacker High Chair, Baby Joy 4in1 Pack-n-Play for newborns to toddlers (dimensions 43.5 x 31 x 31 inches), bassinet sheets, baby gate, baby video monitor, outlet covers, bottle cleaning brush set, and a kids dinnerware set.
ACCESS The condo is not wheelchair accessible, because it is on the second story and requires stairs for entry.
Our condo has a living room, kitchen and dining area, bedroom with walk-in closet (includes a full-size stacked washer and dryer), work area, and full bathroom. A dedicated, covered parking space is also available for your use, #24.
POOL & COMMON AREAS Common areas include a grassy garden, saltwater heated pool (year round, open daily 7 am - 10 pm), grill, patio, and laundry room (in addition to the washer and dryer we have in the unit for your private use).

Guests can check with Lisa (your host) about dropping bags off early. If she is able to accommodate you she will. This usually dependent on when our other guests are checking out.

NEIGHBORHOOD We're in Old Town Scottsdale - the famous part of Scottsdale that has the famed shopping, restaurants, and bars - a close walk to almost everything you'd want to do. Arizona's best shopping, restaurants, bars, art galleries, Scottsdale Stadium for Spring Training, and entertainment are all within walking distance of the condo.
Many golf courses are a short drive away.
The neighborhood is also safe and very clean, with art galleries about a five minute's walk away.

WALKING, BIKE & SCOOTER RENTAL Walking is our favorite mode of transportation. Guests can also take one of the many golf cart taxis that roam Old Town Scottsdale, take a Lyft, or easily rent a bike or scooter.
DRIVING Sky Harbor Airport is an easy 15 minute's drive, as are freeways I-10 and SR51.
We are a 10 minutes’ drive to the freeways 101, 202, and 143.
If you want to get a feel for how long it would take you to drive somewhere from our condo, go into your favorite Maps app and input "E Indian School Rd & N Goldwater Blvd Scottsdale AZ". Those are our nearest major crossroads.
Parking at our condo is easy. You are given a dedicated, covered parking spot. You can also park on the street for free.
SCREEN MIRROR YOUR DEVICE TO ROKU If you have programs on your device that you want to watch on our TV, remember that you can "screen mirror" from your device to our Roku.
QUIET COMPLEX This condo is in a quiet complex with families. If you want a party pad please find another accommodation. Please no noise after 10 PM, be respectful of our neighbors, and no parties.
FAMILIES W/BABY Families with a baby that want to use our Pack 'n Play, high chair, and other baby amenities are welcome to do so. You will be required to set them up (easy) and put them away as you found them. DO NOT WATER THE PLANTS Please do NOT water our plants. We know the soil may feel dry… This is a desert climate, and the plants are accustomed to a different amount of water than other climates. Our cleaning team takes great pride in keeping them healthy. Overwatering – even if the soil feels dry – will harm them. If your stay is 7 days or longer, please check with our host about watering :)
DISHWASHER If you care to run the dishwasher on your way out, that would be great but not necessary. Liquid dish detergent is under the sink.
NO CHEF/STEAK KNIVES IN DISHWASHER Please don't put chefs’ knives or steak knives in the dishwasher. It will cause them to rust.
SHEETS & TOWELS Upon check out please leave soiled towels in the laundry basket. Linens can be left on bed(s) for housekeeping.
GARBAGE You are encouraged but not required to take out the recycling and garbage to the dumpsters in the alley (north side).
NO NOISE FROM 10 PM - 7 AM Please no noise after 10 PM, and no late-night guests. This condo is in a complex with families and late-night parties are not tolerated.
SIGN OUT OF ALL PERSONAL TV ACCOUNTS If you have signed into personal accounts on the SMART TV, we ask that you sign out before departure.
POOL Pool hours are 7am-10pm. No glass is allowed in the pool area. The pool code is 1958.
FAMILIES W/BABY Families with a baby, please thoroughly clean and put away all the equipment as you found it. Please put the Pack 'n Play crib back in the box in the closet. The highchair goes back into the closet. The baby gate goes under the bed closest to the closet at the head of the bed. And all the rest of the miscellaneous items go under the foot of the bed closest to the closet. Dirty baby sheets can be left on the floor for our cleaner. Thank you!

The unit was very clean and well stocked … likely the best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. Pool is amazing, residents are quiet and location is perfect for walking to dozens of restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Scottsdale.

Loved this condo in the garden district. Read up on the history & loved it even more—former motor inn from 1958. Hot spot on the celebrity circuit. While the outside of the complex has that quirky 1960s feel, the inside of the condo has been fully updated and has all the amenities you could want. The kitchen is well stocked—loved the complimentary coffee. The bed is comfortable & six pillows are provided—a plus to have multiple. Plenty of towels including pool towels. Washer and dryer were perfect after some hot girl walks. Loved the multiple full length mirrors and the shower head with solid water pressure. The furniture is comfortable—watched CFB all day on Saturday. Used the pool too—swam mini-laps. The condo is a few blocks from Old Town—I walked the canals both mornings & hit Kaleidoscope for a plant-based smoothie. Ate at Sauce near Fashion Square. Will definitely stay again—

Our stay at the condo was one of our better stays on our 3 week road trip around the west side of the usa. Contact with the owner was easy. The condo was excellently furnished and excellent quality with everything we needed and more, the attention to detail was superb. The location to "Old Town" was an easy walk from the condo and the swimming pool was really appreciated on the very hot days. I would 100% recommend this property.

I can’t imagine a better location for visiting Scottsdale. So many restaurants, galleries and Fashion Square are easy walking distance. Just a few steps away is Grounds on 2nd . . . a really nice coffee house / wine bar. The property manager was very responsive to the few questions we had. All in all, a great vacation experience.

Awesome stay!
Place was really clean. Perfect size for the two of us. Really well stocked. We like to eat breakfast in our room & have run into so many places with awful frying pans...not the case here! The location was exceptional - perfect walking distance to Old Town. Bed was super comfortable and the sheets were soft. Really quiet.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay.This location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay near Oldtown Scottdale. Much of the area is within walking distance. The property is clean and well-maintained. The host is attentive, friendly, and accommodating. A couple or small family could not ask for better.

A Wonderful Location!!
We stayed about 3 days in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. It was a spacious apartment with everything you can think of including a washer/dryer! It was a great location to restaurants and brew pubs in the area. We didn’t venture into Old Town Scottsdale but we did drive around it…a lot of little shops and restaurants that were busy on a Saturday. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and small appliances…and it had live plants too!! Those gave the place a very homey feel! We truley enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend!’

Cute, Convenient Condo
The location of this condo was perfect for us. I liked that there was covered parking since while we were there the outside temps were above 100. The bathroom was nicely updated and the king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely consider coming back.

Sweet little spot in Scottsdale!
This is a really cute place within walking distance of Old Town in Scottsdale. It was super clean and was very well furnished with anything you would need (utensils for cooking, workstation, bathroom supplies, washer and dryer, etc...). I would highly recommend this place to any couple looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

AMAZINGGGGG!!!
STAY HEEEERE! This has to be my FAVORITE rental I’ve ever stayed in! It’s even nicer than the pictures. The owner has clearly put their heart and soul into this condo, professionally paying attention to the details and buying high-end furniture/appliances, like a luxury hotel. Lots of extras (Nespresso, yoga mats, luggage scale??? I meannn). Heated pool was awesome, and pool floats & toys to go with it. The neighborhood was also amazing… It’s in Old Town and I walked to so many restaurants, coffee shops, neat boutiques, Farmers Markets, and museums, yet it was tucked away in a quiet enclave – perfect for me. I felt safe the entire time. Loved the variety of pillows on the bed, because rentals never seem to get that right. Lots of other little things, like really nice towels and breakfast supplies. Lisa was super nice and responsive with my few requests about good hikes to try. Self check-in was seamless. Be sure to visit Chadwick’s across the street for last-minute groceries & bfast/lunch… The bar just got set higher for other rentals! I’ll be back. Excellent value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent overall value
This was an excellent condo, described perfectly on the website. The unit was stock better then we've ever experienced before, right from all the kitchen utensils to the bathroom products to the DIY breakfast every morning. The location was perfect, close to Old Town and some fantastic restaurants, all within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here as it was everything we hoped for. The pool was a big plus and well maintained, great for a refreshing swim. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Great location, so clean, perfect spot!
I spent 10 days here working from home and exploring Scottsdale and it could not have been a better experience! Wish I could’ve stayed longer - the complex is quiet, no more than 2-3 people at the pool at a time and the location is PERFECT! Will absolutely be staying here again!

Nice stay in Scottsdale
The property was acutely depicted in the VRBO pictures, clean and comfortable. The location was great for us, close to our sons apartment and downtown Scottsdale. The pool and grounds were maintained. We will definitely try to stay here again when we visit again.
