House Rules and Notes:
âą No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
âą No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
âą Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
âą No smoking
âą Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
âą Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
âą Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
âą Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
âą All reservations will go through a verification process
âą Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
âą IDs will be requested for verification after booking

Other things to note
Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.
This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check-in both afternoon and night!
We're dedicated to ensuring your stay is seamless and enjoyable. Whether you require our assistance frequently or prefer minimal interaction, we're here to accommodate your needs. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please reach out to us via your preferred messaging channel during our business hours from 7 am to 7 pm. We'll make every effort to respond promptly, typically within an hour. In case of emergencies requiring immediate attention, don't hesitate to contact our business line right away. Otherwise, we'll respect your privacy and allow you to fully enjoy your time in our home.
Here are a few additional services our guests usually take advantage of along with the rates. Please submit any requests at least 1 week prior to check-in.

3. Daily Housekeeping - $175 for two hours. *Includes bathrooms, beds (sheet and towel change upon advance request), kitchen, and common living spaces. Please submit any special requests in advance.
4. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own, we provide great info in our welcome binders!
Other Things to Note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
Lastly, we use a platform called "Know Your Guest" via Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your application must match the primary guestâs name on the reservation, and your identity check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per state and city law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
