Gorgeous Golf & Mountain Views! Lovely 2 bdrm with Great 55+ Community Amenities

We fell in love with this home because of the wide open design, many windows and beautiful setting on the golf course. Every window has a pretty view, either of the local mountains, Usery and Superstitions, or the golf course, fruit trees and stunning Arizona sunsets across the quiet cul-de-sac! You're not just staring at a block wall 20' from your home or only your neighbor's back yard. The community is super friendly - everyone waves - the walkers, cars and golf carts! We love walking the neighborhood streets with such variety of homes and landscaping.

We have fast WiFi from Cox - 2nd tier - so you can confidently get any work or streaming done. We currently only stream to the TV - no cable available. That has worked well for us for many years now. The surround sound makes TV watching fun and easier to hear dialogue as well! We have some DVD's you can watch as well in the family room or primary bedroom.

You will have access to the entire home. Since it is also our seasonal home, we may have some personal items in some areas like the refrigerator or a cupboard or two as well as in the garage and closets. There will be plenty of storage room for your needs. Help yourself to condiments, spices and sauces. Our house is your house when you are our guest!

For longer stays (a week or longer) we can arrange use of the garage to park your car inside. Our car may also be parked inside seasonally, but it is a 2-car garage.

If you want to use the community pool, hot tub and other amenities it will require getting a $10 access card at the office which is normally open 7-3pm, Monday-Friday. The office summer hours are 7am to 6pm Monday, 7am to 3pm Tuesday - Thursday and 7am to Noon Friday.
