« Very nice room. »

« I really enjoyed my stay in this studio. It was the perfect place to relax while working, very well equipped, clean, and in a great location. The internet was excellent, and I appreciated the privacy. I also needed to wash some clothes, and it was no problem at all. Even though the laundry room was shared, I never saw anyone else, so it felt very private. »

« Just as advertised! »

« Host let us check in early which was nice. The property is an older townhouse but very quiet and in a good location for easy access to both freeways. The interior was very clean and kitchen had everything you need. The only problem was I picked this property for the private patio. It had lots of seeds and leaves from the trees and table had not been cleaned for awhile I contacted the host. Standard response and it never got cleaned. We did it ourselves »

« The property was listed as an apartment but the listing didn't fully convey that it was just on the side connected to a main house lived in »

« Tom was a great host. He invited my sons to play with his daughters and some neighborhood kids in his backyard. The house is really close to a lot of things to do and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. »

« Oh my goodness this home exceeded my expectations! It’s in a quiet little cul de sac. We never even knew we had neighbors! The whole house is decorated so tasteful! It was a beautiful place for our daughter to get ready for her wedding! Plenty of high quality bedding and linens! Offering robes and sleep masks definitely added to our stay. So many little details that truly made us feel at home. Excellent communication with the host! We will certainly be returning for a visit when we don’t have so...

« Great little casita in an excellent Tempe location that I really enjoyed! The space was clean, comfortable and the bed was especially cozy. We loved the peaceful neighborhood, fast Wi‑Fi, and relaxing backyard with the hot tub and citrus trees. Easy access to ASU, Mill Ave, and the airport made it super convenient. Would definitely stay here again! Recommended! »
