Settle into the spacious living room, where comfortable reclining seating surrounds the Smart TV. Large windows and an open layout connect the living room with the kitchen and dining areas, making it easy for everyone to relax together.



The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous cabinetry and a breakfast bar. Enjoy meals around the indoor dining table or take them outside to the patio.



BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS



The primary suite includes a TV, private patio access and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower.



A second comfortable guest bedroom offers additional private sleeping space. The third bedroom functions as a flexible retreat with a sofa and dedicated desk—ideal for remote work, reading or relaxing.



The second full bathroom also includes a walk-in shower.



OUTDOOR LIVING



The backyard is one of the home’s best features. Dine outdoors beneath the covered patio, prepare dinner on the propane grill or relax on the artificial turf while enjoying views of Palm Valley Golf Club and the water feature beyond the fence.



The golf course and water feature are outside the property boundary and are not included as part of guest access. Children must be supervised in the backyard at all times.

IMPORTANT POLICIES

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Children must be supervised at all times



Exterior security cameras include a doorbell camera facing the front entrance and cameras facing the backyard gates. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or private guest areas.



✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.



- NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Ring cameras facing the gates to the back yard. The camera does not look into any interior spaces



The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival. We want you to have a fantastic time, and are available via the booking site should questions arise.



This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded.
