Golfer's Oasis at Augusta Ranch!

Gather your friends and family for a beautiful stay at the Golfer's Oasis which is nestled in the beautiful Augusta Ranch community in East Mesa. This beautiful, split floorplan has 4 bedrooms, 2bath and is located at the 16th hole on the Augusta Ranch golf course. The Golfer's Oasis is close to the stunning Superstition Mountains, 202 and 60 freeways, shopping and restaurants. Booking guest MUST HAVE 5-star reviews to book the home. We will not book to anyone who does not have any reviews. The person booking MUST be the one staying on the property. We also require a profile picture of the booking guest.

We do have an age requirement to book: You must be is 30yrs old unless otherwise approved.

We're a no smoking home which includes e-cigarettes, vaping, or drugs of any kind. There will be a $200 fee if this house rule is broken and immediate cancelation of the reservation without refund of unused nights.

We're a pet free home. There will be a $200 fee per pet if there are any signs of pets in the home and immediate cancelation of reservation without refund of unused nights. NO exceptions will be made. Due to severe allergies and the safety of our loved ones we cannot accept animals of any type including service animals of any kind. If this rule has been disregarded there will be an additional deep cleaning fee of $500.

We do not allow any parties of any kind. All guests must be approved by host prior to visiting and are not to allowed to stay over. There will be a $1,000 fee if this house rule is broken plus additional $500 per person who is not on the reservation AND immediate cancelation of the reservation.

As of January 5th, 2023, the City of Mesa has put in place that the booking guest must have a National Sex Offender Registry check done. The information needed is:

Guests are not allowed to receive mail at the property. We do not have access to the mailbox, and we are not responsible for any packages. If guests are staying for extended amount of time, it’s the guest responsibility to purchase a PO BOX at a nearby UPS, FEDEX or Post office.
