Whether you're cannonballing into the pool, challenging the kids to an air hockey tournament, or unwinding with your pup under the desert stars, The Happy Cactus is your go-to home base in North Scottsdale. This home is designed for families, fun, and laid-back vibes.

Entire home, backyard and garage. Please note that there is no remote for the garage door opener, but you are welcome to park in the garage, you will just need to go old-school.
Other things to note
*House is monitored with exterior property cameras for security purposes and as required by our homeowner's policy. One monitoring the front door and one in the backyard. There are no cameras inside of the home.

*The pool is not heated.

*We do not allow parties or large events.

*Quiet hours begin at 10 pm nightly and are strictly enforced by both management and the City. Please keep music and shouting to a minimum at all times in an effort to respect our neighbors and avoid a noise ordinance fine. Two non-recording noise monitors on are onsite to measure noise levels and will notify management of significant and sustained noise.

*No Smoking allowed inside home. We have smoke detection monitors in the home to alert hosts of smoking.

*A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and payment of pet deposit. We love welcoming your furry friends! Please have your dogs use the designated rocky areas for potty breaks instead of the turf.

*All house rules expected to be followed. Failing to do so will result in additional fines

*NOTE: There may be occasions when pool or gardening professionals are onsite. We will do our best to communicate their arrival prior, but cannot always pin-point timing.

*We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and coffee pods) for guests to enjoy during their stay.
