Directly across the street from a grocery store, bike rental shop, sushi restaurant, pasta restaurant, coffee shop, bakery, TJ MAXX, convenience store and much more. Fashion Square mall is just a 5 min drive away.

My main priority is to make sure you have a fantastic stay here in Scottsdale. Here are a few things you should know:

Please keep all communication on the platform. If there is an emergency or you need to contact us immediately please call or text the phone # that has been provided to you.
Your apartment has free WiFi.
Coin/credit operated laundry facilities are available within the building.
The apartment has heating in the winter months and air-conditioning in the summer months. It will be one or the other depending on the time of year.
Toiletries are provided including shampoo, soap and body lotion. We also provide bath towels.

You will have 1 assigned parking spot. Additional spots are available on the street for free.
Other things to note
You will have access to the entire condo and it's amenities. The complex offers a HUGE luxurious resort style swimming pool and hot tub. Laundry is located on the same floor as the unit and can be operated with coins or a credit card.
