Welcome to this beautifully remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom townhome! As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that seamlessly flows into the fully equipped kitchen and cozy breakfast/dining nook. Just beyond the dining area, you'll find a full bathroom on your right, complete with modern fixtures and ample storage space in the nearby pantry/hallway closet.
Stay entertained with the provided Google TV, which allows you to easily log in to all your favorite streaming apps. And when it's time to wind down, head to the main bedroom where you'll find a luxurious California King bed waiting for you.
For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also provided in the main bedroom, making laundry day a breeze.
Overall, this newly remodeled apartment offers comfort, convenience, and modern amenities, making it the perfect place to call home away from home.
The property comes with free WiFi / wireless internet, allowing guests to stay connected and work remotely if needed.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 4 adults at any time.

Clean, updated condo in a quiet and unique complex.

The unit was even better than expected! It is nicely updated and is well stocked. My husband is 6’6” and appreciated the California King bed and the shower that was actually tall enough for him. I will definitely recommend this unit to others.

Beautiful condo

My Husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for seven days. The location was perfect, I felt safe in this area. The condo is very nice and has everything one needs when your away from your own home. Although we were not on vacation, this place made me feel like we were in a tropical destination. I would wake up in the morning, walk outside to be greeted by singing birds. The owners are very accommodating. I would stay again and i hope the owners have other properties that would stay at.

Quiet and Lovely Condo

Nice location in Phoenix that’s close to everything. Quiet and clean condo. Easy check-in and check-out. Condo has everything you need. Pool wasn’t busy at all. Host is quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location and well kept up.

Good location and very clean. The entrance to the property has to be from 44th St. don’t rely on the GPS because it will take it to the back of the facility and you won’t be able to get in. The bushes need to be trimmed on the left when exiting the property. The traffic is dangerous coming from that direction.

Great location in Phoenix!

We stayed her to attend the recent Modern Quilt Con, and we could not have been happier with our decision to stay here. By the time I started to look for hotels, prices downtown were quite high. My husband was planning to work remotely, sothis option gave him a nice space to work from while I attended the convention. It also had loads of nearby restaurants and super tasty coffee shops without the lines downtown. Would return!

Turners ‘25 Phoenix visit

Superb unit very well equipped and in an excellent and quiet location for a 2 person stay. Since we arrived after sunset it would have helped if the outside light would have been ON to make locating the unit easier. Th e instructions to operate the door lock were misleading since they said to touch the pad to light up the numbers then enter our 4 digit code. Doing this the lock assummed we had entered 5 numbers! When only touching the 4 numbers the lock opened!! The pad never did “light up”! Unit great for a couples stay (as advertised), however the 3 place couch was the only seating option. This couch was very uncomfortable for seating a long time. We would suggest that it be replaced by 2 recliner chairs which would be much better for reading and watching TV during lengthy stays! Having a spare propane tank was a great idea since we ran out or gas half way through our visit! Was caught off guard when the lock to the garbage gate was changed just before our departure preventing us from removing the garbage on our departure! Other than that we enjoyed our visit and will try to spend our next visit there for sure. Thanks again.Cheers Grant

Great, safe spot for my parents.

My Parents are in the early 80s and this was an excellent location for them to spend the holidays while visiting my family in arcadia. Safe, quite, easy access and kind hosts.

Our main hope was to be within walking distance of our son and his family. We were so pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, the cleanliness and the common area/courtyard. We recommend the property and would rent it again.

My first impression was "wow" !! It looked like Home! It is ground level entry, a plus for seniors. The kitchen and living room are very inviting and well equipped with new appliances. It's very bright, Large window and a skylight! The location is great, short distances to shopping dining, and walking. I will definetly do back.

Perfect Condo for Couple

This property exceeded my expectations. We had everything that we needed from shampoo, body wash, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, brand new looking pans, extra pillows and blankets, etc. We have everything that we could have wanted or needed. The condo is very well equipped. It was also close to several restaurants and stores and only about 20 minutes from the Sky Harbor International Airport. Great location for us. The king sized bed was absolutely amazing! It was so comfortable! Jeff's assistant was in contact with us the week before our visit and explained everything and answered any questions. Check in and check out were seemless. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Phoenix and highly recommend this property and Jeff. Thank you Jeff for sharing this beautiful home with us., Heather and Todd

Beautiful Arcadia Townhome

This one bedroom townhome was perfectly located in Arcadia just south of the canal off of 44th St. The townhome was tastefully appointed and the kitchen appliances were brand new. The townhome was full of light and felt very homey. And the complex is surrounded in palm trees which felt very resort-like. I highly recommend this townhome!

Amazing!

Very comfortable and perfect location! Harder to find than I anticipated. The maps take you to the back and once we figured what condo complex it was, it took us straight to the place. Pool was amazing, people were friendly, it’s a very quiet area, perfect for 2 people, had everything you need!

Perfect place to stay in Phoenix/Scottsdale

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 people. Super cute, just as pictured, good amount of space, very clean and a quiet neighborhood. Short distance to Camelback Mountain, restaurants & Scottsdale. The pool & hot tub were a plus. The enclosed back patio was nice too. Parking onsite was helpful since we had a rental car. Easy check-in & the cleaning staff was super nice when we attempted to check in a little early. Would absolutely stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

Last minute gem

Booked last minute due to change in travel plans. Feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this place. Clean, quiet, and secluded development on the edge of Scottsdale. Very close to everything we needed. Condo was clean and well supplied. Management co. was easy to get ahold of for any questions. Would recommend.

Cozy home away from home!

We were immediately impressed with our home away from home! It was warm and cozy. Also, the unit was clean, organized and it was apparent that the owners had very good attention to detail. First, the kitchen had everything you would need for an extended stay with nice quality pots and pans, silverware, dishes, towels, condiments. The appliances were top notch. The pantry was stocked with some initial supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. In addition, there was aluminum foil, cling wrap, food storage bags and containers. There was a tool kit and a first aid kit. The washer and dryer in the bedroom, although a small, stacked unit, were nice quality. The interesting thing about the dryer was that it wasn't vented to the outside and water was collected in a bin in the dryer that had to be emptied from time to time. The TV in the living room was good and the couch was comfortable. Decorations were nice. There was good labeling on all the light switches and the check in instructions were very thorough regarding all the other amenities of the unit. The only downside was the bed. I would not recommend the unit for a person with a bad back as the bed had a two-three inch foam rubber pad on top of the mattress. If you had a bad back, were wasn't adequate back support. We would stay there again!
