Make yourself at home in Goodyear with a comfortable single-story retreat designed for relaxing stays with family and friends.



One of the highlights of the property is the private backyard. Practice your short game on the putting green, fire up the propane BBQ for dinner, then settle into one of the four chairs around the firepit as the Arizona evening cools down. Additional patio seating gives you another place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind outdoors.



Inside, the home offers easy gathering spaces for your group. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, traditional drip coffee maker, bar seating for three and the essentials needed for preparing meals at home. The nearby dining table seats six.



The living room includes a Smart TV, and guests may sign into their own streaming accounts during their stay. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.



The home has three bedrooms plus additional sleeping space in the living room.



The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.



The second bedroom has a queen bed.



The third bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing four twin beds and a convenient setup for children, teens or groups traveling together.



A hide-a-bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, bringing the home's maximum occupancy to 10 guests.



The second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and single vanity.



An in-home washer and dryer make longer visits and family trips more convenient, and a Pack ’n Play is available for guests traveling with a little one.



The home is also well positioned for enjoying Goodyear and Arizona's West Valley. Spend the morning hiking desert trails, play a round of golf, catch Cactus League baseball during spring training, or attend an event at Phoenix Raceway.



Guests staying fewer than 30 nights may enjoy access to the Estrella community lakes. Other private community recreational amenities are limited to stays of 30 nights or longer.



At the end of the day, return to your own backyard, putt a few balls, prepare dinner on the grill and enjoy a relaxing evening at home.



✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.



- NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Ring cameras facing the gates to the back yard. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival. We want you to have a fantastic time, and are available via the booking site should questions arise.



This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded.
