- Certain locked closets, cabinets or storage areas may be reserved for owner or management use



Please make sure the front door is fully closed and locked whenever you leave the property.

Other Things to Note:

Heated pool:

The home features a private heated swimming pool for guests to enjoy. Pool heating details, temperature settings and any applicable heating fees will be provided with your reservation.



There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times, and glass is not permitted in the pool or pool deck area.



Fire pit:

A fire pit is available in the backyard for guest use. Please never leave an active fire unattended and make sure it is completely turned off after use.



Balcony:

The home features a beautiful private balcony overlooking the surrounding desert and mountains. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, take in an Arizona sunset or simply relax and enjoy the views.



Please supervise children while using the balcony and keep the balcony door closed when not in use.



Community amenities:

Access to Estrella's private Residents' Club facilities is not included unless specifically stated in your reservation.



Arizona desert:

This home is located in the Sonoran Desert. Guests may occasionally encounter native wildlife, insects and desert vegetation. Please admire wildlife from a safe distance and keep exterior doors closed.



No parties or events:

This is a residential neighborhood. Parties, unauthorized gatherings and excessive noise are not permitted.



Interaction with Guests:

You'll have the home completely to yourself during your stay. Nobody from our team will be staying at or routinely present at the property.
