Pas cher, propre, convenable pour le prix. Plutôt un motel qu’un hôtel puisqu’on gare sa voiture devant la porte. Rien de particulier à signaler si ce n’est qu’il y a encore quelques chambres fumeurs et ça c’est Top.

This property is very convenient at a reasonable price, close to airport, and with free shuttle to/from airport. It also includes nice breakfast options. The surrounding area is less than desirable, but the property itself is safe and has adequate parking space.

We only stayed here for proximity to the airport and our late arrival so we weren't going to spend hundreds on a room just to sleep and leave in the morning. The area is crawling with homeless people and has no amenities whatsoever. The coffee is literally coloured water and breakfast consists of bagels and toast which is in keeping with the price of the room.

Terrible receptionist gave us a room that was already occupied. We arrived late evening and tried to get in room and it was already occupied. Not even apologized!

The room was exceptionally clean; Didn't like the location, but for the money and the proximity to the airport, the hotel was suberb. Only a few walkable resturants, but not the hotel/motel's fault. Would recommend it for an over the night stay. Has a shuttle to and from the Phoenix airport.

My son and daughter-in-law were issued a "smoking room". Since she has asthma, they were issued an outside access room. The room was adaquate but drug dealing and other illicit business was taking place in the parking lot adjacent to their room. They left without any use of the room and managed to get a room at a another hotel. It took over an hour waiting in the parking lot to get a cab. Overall, a horrifying, experience.

Overall was a good stay. The Area that the hotel is located is a little sketchy but not the worst. I stayed on a Friday night and surprisingly it was not noisy or too active. Room was fairly clean, there was some hair on the floor next to the toilet and room had a smell of stale cigarette smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. Refrigerator didn’t seem to work very well either. Bed was very comfortable and clean. I would stay again.

This hotel is in an area were there are homeless people walking around. The hotel was very average. I should have paid another $45 to stay at a much nicer hotel in a better area.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and woke us up repeatedly.

This property is in an industrial and homeless area with a low end status. That being said the property was well kept and we never felt unsafe. Very close to airport and airport shuttle
