The fully equipped kitchen will come in handy if you enjoy cooking or simply want to save money on eating out.

The space
This detached guesthouse has an open-plan sleeping and living area, its own bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private entrance.

The space has a max occupancy of 3 due to sleeping arrangements. The space contains a pull-out sofa/bed, so it can accommodate a third guest comfortably, but there is a daily fee of $20/day for additional guests over two.

Guest access
Your reservation includes exclusive use of the detached guesthouse and its two designated patio spaces. The main home is a separate rental with its own entrance; no guest-use spaces are shared. Please use legal street parking and keep the main-home driveway clear.

NO PETS/SMOKING
No smoking or pets, except service animals where required by applicable law and Vrbo rules. Please message us through Vrbo if an issue arises during your stay.

CHECKOUT:
Please check out by the time shown in your reservation so our cleaning team can prepare the studio for the next guest. Late checkout requires advance approval and depends on availability and the cleaning schedule.
