THE BACKYARD OASIS

The private backyard is where your Scottsdale vacation really comes alive.

Cool off in the private 3–9 ft pool, stretch out on one of six chaise lounges, or challenge your group to mini golf, giant chess, giant checkers, giant 4-in-a-row, or cornhole.

The backyard is framed by vibrant desert murals and glowing string lights, creating a fun backdrop for sunny Arizona days and evenings outdoors.

As the sun sets, fire up the built-in propane BBQ and enjoy dinner outside. Then gather around the fire pit beneath the string lights or slip into the private hot tub to end the evening.

Optional pool heating is available October–April for $75/night and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay. Pool heating requires at least 48 hours’ advance notice and payment at the time of request. When heated, the pool is targeted to approximately 90°F; actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and outdoor temperatures.

Smart TVs are also located in every bedroom, giving everyone their own space to unwind at the end of the day.

PET-FRIENDLY SCOTTSDALE STAY

Desert Social welcomes up to 2 registered and approved pets with the applicable pet fee. All pets must be disclosed and approved as part of the reservation.

POOL HEATING & SEASONAL NOTE
Optional pool heating is available October–April for $75 per night and must be purchased for the entire stay. When heated, the pool is set to a target temperature of approximately 90°F; actual water temperature may vary depending on the weather and outdoor temperatures.

Pool heating requires at least 48 hours’ advance notice, with payment due at the time of request.

Without pool heating, water temperatures will vary based on seasonal conditions. All outdoor amenities remain available year-round.

OUTDOOR FURNISHINGS
To help preserve their appearance and lifespan, outdoor decorative pillows may be stored in the outdoor storage bin when you arrive. You’re welcome to take them out and enjoy them during your stay. Please return them to the storage bin before checkout.

NEIGHBORHOOD & NOISE
Desert Social is located in a quiet residential Scottsdale neighborhood where families and children live nearby. Guests must respect the surrounding community and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Parties, events, neighborhood disturbances, and excessive outdoor noise are prohibited. If a disturbance occurs or house rules are not followed, the reservation may be terminated and guests may be required to vacate without a refund, where permitted by applicable law and Vrbo policies. Charges or claims may also be made against the security deposit when applicable.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
The primary guest—the person making the reservation—is required to complete a rental agreement after booking. This standard verification requirement applies to all reservations and must be completed before check-in.

A valid government-issued ID matching the name on the reservation may be requested for verification.

TRAVELING WITH PETS
Desert Social welcomes up to two approved pets. All pets must be disclosed and included on the reservation before arrival, and all applicable pet fees must be paid.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage, odors, stains, excessive shedding, or additional cleaning caused by them.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
• Early check-in and late checkout may be available depending on the reservation schedule; additional fees apply.
• Early luggage drop-off may be available upon request for an additional fee.
• Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. Advance scheduling is required, and availability is not guaranteed.
