This 4-bedroom / 2-bathroom house with mountain views, has plenty of space to gather in & out. Plus, plenty of adventure nearby! Sleeps up to 10 people.

Convenient & safe location: in the Awahtukee Foothills area, walking distance to South Mountain with miles of hiking trails, mountain biking, and equestrian trails. This quiet family neighborhood has a new park/playground just across the street. The house comes with loads of games to use at the park and in the house!

Plenty of golf courses, casinos, wedding venues, dining, water adventures (paddle boards included) & loads of family entertainment nearby! Plus, only 11 minutes from Sky Habor airport and close to I-10. Everything you need!

Families - have no fear with baby proofing latches on all doors and lots of children items. The glass sliders have child proof latches, so you can choose when kids have access to outdoor/pool spaces. We can even provide “paddle jumper” life vests for toddlers. Child locks on bedroom doors is a game changer when traveling with toddlers!

The resort style pool (heated) makes it hard to leave and there is no shortage of entertainment for all ages, to stay a while. The house comes w/ an indoor & outdoor fireplace, many games, and things to do for all ages!
