This single-level Scottsdale home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space on a generous private lot. The open gathering areas make it easy for your group to relax together, while the broad mix of indoor and outdoor games keeps every age entertained.



Start the day with coffee on the covered patio, spend the afternoon in the heated pool, then organize a family tournament across pickleball, basketball, mini golf, pool, and ping pong. Younger guests have their own places to play, including the outdoor jungle gym and indoor kids’ room. At bedtime, the dedicated bunk-bed room adds another playful, family-friendly touch.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the home, yard, covered patio, heated pool, sport court, mini golf course, playground, game areas, kids’ room, and bunk-bed room. On-site parking is available. Entry instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The home is in Scottsdale’s Paradise Valley Village area, a residential setting convenient to the shopping, dining, golf, and desert attractions of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. It offers a comfortable home base for family trips, group getaways, and sunny Arizona escapes.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro area. Guests can use on-site parking, and rideshare services are widely available. Drive times vary with traffic, so please check your preferred map app when planning outings.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating should be requested in advance so availability and any applicable conditions can be confirmed. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, sport court, mini golf area, playground, bunk beds, and game equipment. Please respect the residential neighborhood and observe the property’s posted house rules and quiet hours.



Security & Deposits: To keep our home in top shape, a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver is required via the Airbnb Resolution Center. Just reach out to me to confirm the amount.
