Our villa has 2 BEDROOMS. There is 1 bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 bedroom with 2 Double beds. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.

Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer.

After golfing and shopping, retreat to our air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on our cable TV or watch your favorite movie with our DVD player. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

In the KITCHEN you'll find a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, dishes, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. When you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant, ArteZania Kitchen & Cantina, which serves Mexican.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of $115. An end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Head just west of the resort and you’ll find the popular McDowell Sonoran Preserve. This free outdoor reserve features more than 182 miles of outdoor trails. The Phoenix Zoo in downtown Phoenix is also popular, and the beautiful 222-acre Ecanto Park that includes the Enchanted Island Amusement Park is perfect for family fun. There are a bunch of great golf courses in the area - be sure to check out Grayhawk Golf Club and TPC Scottsdale. If you're craving something sweet, head over to The White Chocolate Grill, which serves refined riffs on American staples and shareable signature desserts.
