Casa Camelback is the ideal spot to host your friends or family for your next trip to Scottsdale! Enjoy easy access to everything being walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale with many restaurants, bars, food markets, the art district & Fashion Square Mall. This beautiful, newly renovated 3 bed, 3 full bath townhome has all standard amenities such as free parking, laundry, and A/C, plus a private patio with comfy seating, a grill/smoker, rooftop patio and a large community pool just steps away!

The space
Living Room: Step into comfort central! With a large 55-inch TV, comfy couch with ottoman, and additional chairs this open-concept room is ready for your next group hangout, movie night or TV show binge. With vaulted 2-storey ceilings, it's the ultimate relaxation spot that effortlessly connects to the dining room, making it perfect for lounging and casual dining.

Kitchen: Ready for culinary adventures? This kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need to cook a 5-course meal. It's packed with modern appliances, including an air fryer, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, Keurig and coffee machine and a spacious countertop for all your food prepping and serving needs. The kitchen also includes a table with seating for 4 and 2 bar stools for additional seating.

Back Patio Area: Enjoy comfortable covered seating with an adjustable sun screen and evening string lighting. Part of your group can cook up a storm with a BBQ/smoker combo while the others play some fun outdoor games with a light-up corn hole set, Kan Jam game, and ping pong table in the garage beside the patio.

Garage: This large separate garage features a new and enclosed washer and drying machine, ping pong table, and plenty of space for parking your car. Fold up the ping pong table to fit your second car as you wish, or leverage visitor parking instead.

BEDROOMS

Sage Room: Enjoy this second-floor primary bedroom with a comfy king bed, smart TV, and large walk-in closet with plenty of storage. Step into the large ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, sky lighting, and private bathroom space with toilet and tub/shower combo. Enjoy the morning sun out on the rooftop balcony with umbrellas for shade protection or wrap up your evening under the stars with the warm string-lighting ambiance. There's plenty of desk space to focus on work with the large dedicated workspace as well.

Pink Cactus Room: Indulge in the artistic flair of the first-floor primary bedroom with a King bed, twin bed,Smart TV, and walk-in closet with plenty of storage. Step into the ensuite bathroom boasting a newly renovated expansive shower, separate toilet area and dual vanities with large mirrors and dimmable lighting. There's extra blankets, pillows, and a double-layer Queen blow-up mattress with built-in bump for extra sleeping arrangements as needed (**NOTE: Please request this in advance to ensure you have fresh linens provided for the air mattress).

Blue Room: Conveniently located between the kitchen and front entryway, enjoy this bright and cozy room with a king bed featuring a brand new Casper mattress, a twin bed, enclosed closet, and dedicated workspace. You'll only be only steps away from the main bathroom with it's own full shower as well.

Guest access

You'll have full access to the entire property (3 bedroom, 3 bathroom), private garage, washer/dryer, and access to the community pool.

Please note that we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests. Cleanings are $250/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Great stay at Casa Camelback. The condo was well set-up, had great beds and bedding and was in a nice little development walking distance from all things Old Town. The hosts were very responsive and worked to accommodate our travel times, which was very much appreciated!

Online photos were very deceiving. The place was very dirty- crumbs, dirt, hair on the flooring in every room. Our socks were black requiring soaking and scrubbing with each wash. We ended up wearing sandals inside the majority of the time. The sweeper provided didn't work well and smelled horribly when turned on. Headboard and rug upstairs bedroom was heavily stained. Bedding was wrinkled, didn't smell clean, and had hairs in it- ended up washing all of the bedding the night of our arrival. The white body towels were stained despite also washing those upon use. There were a total of 7 washcloths in the entire place. However, one of the 7 washcloths was so heavily stained I couldn't bear using it. The patio bricking and furniture was so covered in debris from the bushes that we didn't bother using it. The patio also had a large blob of room smashed on it right in the walking path to the garage- I had to pour soapy water on it and use the outdoor broom to scrub it off. The ping pong table was covered in dust and had one dented ping pong ball to play with. The two bikes listed in the property description weren't even put together for use. The pool was very small and ice cold- our 3 young, fearless children wouldn't even use it for any length of time. Property states it is a 10 min walk from Old Scottsdale, but it is actually 20 mins. The property itself has so much potential- very neat layout in a convenient location, but unfortunately, it has not been kept up.

This was a dream home away from home! The house is so spacious and comfortable with plenty of beds, linens and household products to accommodate our group of 5. The hosts were delightfully responsive with suggestions for restaurants, spas and hiking. Also, the location cannot be beat -- an easy ten minute walk to Old Town Scottsdale. We would absolutely stay here again. No question. It was simply perfect.
