Came here on my honeymoon and was totally underwhelmed. Pros: Great breakfast, nice swimming areas, convenient location, parking seemed safe Cons: Dated, room smelt bad, fridge in room didn’t work, garbage all over property, sketchy hotel staff, many of the elevators were out of order- I didn’t use any of them in fear of them breaking. Don’t let the photos mislead you, the property is dated and in need of serious repairs. I wouldn’t recommend staying here nor would I stay again

Older property, elevator didn’t work, I read that in a prior review and thought was a fluke until I arrived caulking everywhere, our room was hot and had to have tech arrive to check out service, refrigerator didn’t keep our food cool and we were there for three nights, our flight was changed and wanted late check Out but as a hilton honor member I was told check out is at 11am and 30$ per hr afterwards. So we just booked another night We just stayed at Biltmore Hilton two weeks ago and check out was 1pm and this location was 11 and at biltmore never was charged Additional for late checkout, property was beautifully manicured and staff was polite, friendly and service oriented. We will never stay at Scottsdale Hilton

Close walk to fashion mall. Modern Market restaurant is a short walk from the hotel and the pizza did not disappoint. Hotel is a bit older but room layout was spacious and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the free breakfast and happy hour.

Wonderful feeling, fresh clean, spacious and great night sleep. Pool was nice and breakfast just right! The personalized inlets were delicious! We will always look to stay at the Embassy Suites every time we travel.

The morning I checked out I had an Uber scheduled. The checkout clerk, David, advised me that I did not need Uber , as they had a driver. The driver informed me, as we were approching the terminal, that I owed him $40, as he was NOT a hotel shuttle driver....but, rather, an independent contractor. Total scam, obviously, but the hotel desk clerk, David, was clearly a part of it. Never again.

I arrived 30 minutes after check-in, was told that my room was still being cleaned and that they would ask them to clean it next. I then waited another hour watching other people check in and get rooms only to be told they still didn’t know when my room would be ready. They never offered a remedy to the situation. They never tried to make it right. I asked them to cancel my room and I called another Hilton and was able to get into a room within 10 minutes of arriving at the other property. I will NOT be booking with this property ever. Such an unpleasant experience.

Hotel was nice and the breakfast was great. Lots of towels left all over the pool chairs by guests who had left the area - better attention to keeping that area tidy would have been nice for guests looking to find a chair to enjoy the pool. Also, the shampoo and conditioner was not replaced by the room attendants.

Free breakfast, staff, swimming pool , courtyard area, restaurant were all awesome. Very pretty scenery in courtyard and location is close to shopping and many good dining options. Quiet hotel and beds are extremely comfortable. The furniture could use updates in the rooms and around the pool. Carpets in rooms could use updates but otherwise the property is great.

I did not like the property at all it was not clean to me there was a ton of things wrong with my room. For starters is smelled damp, the AC unit was loud and the room itself was cleaned on the surface but not deep cleaned. I did not stay there instead I booked another Expedia room at the Element. The staff at the Embassy Suites was extremely friendly.

The reviews you’re reading saying it’s dated are absolutely true but the pools are clean and for the most part well kept. The rooms are clean and rather large with the 2 room layout. The breakfast is hilarious 2 hours of frantic chaos of everyone getting the complimentary breakfast, it’s a really decent spread despite the absolute pandemonium, if you can get a seat outside by the pool it’s much nicer. The problem I had is if you miss that complimentary meal your kinda out of luck and will have to walk a few blocks to find a place which kinda sucked right off the bat Overall it’s a good value place that you can easily walk to old town or fashion square so it’s up to you how much time you spend in the ‘dated’ room.

Little older in need of some updates-housekeeping was not dependable-some days there were no towels, some days the beds were never made and the trash not emptied. None of the elevators worked except for one. This is a multistory property and big. My husband has a hard time walking long distances. It was a problem since the elevator was a long way from the room. The hot tub was lukewarm.
