Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests
The three bedrooms have 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, sleeping 6 adults. A queen-size air mattress with a built-in electric pump accommodates 2 additional adults. You'll find the air mattress, extra bedding, and pillows in the guest closets, ready for you to set up as needed.

Cook, gather & connect
Prepare your favorites in the full kitchen and gather around the indoor dining table. Wi-Fi, TVs, and a dedicated workspace help you balance adventure with downtime.

Take it outside
Enjoy multiple outdoor dining and picnic tables, plenty of seating, and a BBQ for your vacation favorites. Gather around the fire pit when conditions permit and take in the desert evening.

Shoot a few baskets
Enjoy casual shooting practice at the basketball hoop beside the RV parking area. There is a hoop rather than a full basketball court.

Request the dedicated backyard parking space with electrical outlets and water faucets when booking. Availability requires host confirmation.

No casita guests during your stay
The attached casita will remain vacant throughout these October stays, so no casita guests will share the outdoor spaces. The casita’s interior is separate and is not included in your reservation.

Enjoy private access to the main house’s 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and indoor dining area.

Outdoor guest spaces
Enjoy the patio, BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining and picnic seating, basketball hoop, driveway, and parking areas. All outdoor areas, including the horse and animal pens, are shared with the attached casita when it is occupied. The casita will remain vacant throughout October 2026, so no casita guests will share these spaces during your October stay.

RV parking by request
Available only to registered guests staying at the property. Request the space at booking and provide your RV’s dimensions and utility needs.

Spaces excluded from your stay
The attached casita, other ADUs, locked outbuildings, storage spaces, and utility areas are off limits. Please respect locked doors and posted boundaries.

We’re welcoming October stays before an extended property reservation begins November 1, 2026. Check the calendar for available dates.

Vacant casita
The attached casita will remain vacant during this booking period. Its interior is not included in the main-house reservation.

Plan your RV parking
Request the dedicated backyard space at booking. Electrical outlets and water faucets are available; confirm compatibility with your RV in advance.

Please review outdoor safety before booking
The grounds have uneven desert terrain, loose rocks, and cactus. Scrap metal or other sharp objects may also be present anywhere outdoors and can cause injury. Consider these conditions before booking, especially when traveling with young children. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and closely supervise children and pets.

Respect restricted areas
Do not enter locked ADUs, outbuildings, storage spaces, or utility areas. Do not climb fences, handle stored materials, or adjust electrical or water equipment.

Please use outdoor amenities carefully, follow safety instructions, and report hazards immediately. Outdoor recreation is voluntary. This notice does not limit any rights or responsibilities under applicable law.

Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee per stay. Please include your pet(s) in the guest count at the time of booking.

No smoking anywhere inside the house.

Parties and loud music are prohibited. Be respectful to our neighbors.
