Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and backyard during their stay. This includes all six bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, game room, pool, spa, golf driving net, putting green, grill, and all patio spaces. The home is self check-in for convenience. The carport and driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles. (additional parking available with a Scottdale parking pass). Please note that pool heating is available for an additional fee during the winter months.

Other things to note
- Please inform us if you’d like the pack n play set up prior to your arrival.

- Pool heating fee is $150 per night. Contact us and we will send a payment request through Airbnb, and can heat the pool to 80 degrees remotely. (Pool takes approximately 4 hours to heat)

- Be advised that there are 2 video security cameras onsite, both on the exterior: a front door ring camera, and a motion camera on the back of the house pointed at gate/alley.

Guests have access to the full property. This includes the full driveway, home, and front and backyards

VRBHo LLC is available if you need us. We do not meet guests at the home at check in nor checkout (guests check in with a code); but we are available and LOCAL if you do need us. We manage 2 dozen homes in this same neighborhood!

Hot Tub Heating is included at no cost. Pool Heating is optional at $150 per night (minimum of 2 nights). Quiet hours start at 10pm and end at 8am. No Events. No Parties. There are never more than 13 people allowed on the property at any one time (no exceptions). If more than 13 people are on the property at any one time, the Police will be called and guests will be removed from the property and forced to checkout without a refund.
