The Space



Vaulted ceilings, warm neutrals, and thoughtful updates give this single-story home an open, inviting feel. There’s space to gather comfortably and quiet corners for a little time to yourself.



Outdoor Living 🌵



The spacious backyard offers plenty of ways to enjoy the Arizona sunshine, from a swim in the private pool to an evening soak in the hot tub. Soft evening lighting makes it just as inviting after sunset.



You’ll find:

• Four cushioned loungers, pool umbrellas, and floaties.

• An outdoor table with a small propane fire feature and six chairs.

• A covered patio, an uncovered patio area, and pergola seating for two.

• Outdoor dining and a grill with barbecue utensils.

• Cornhole for a little friendly competition.



A shade tree, artificial turf, pavers, and cool decking finish the yard, with no neighboring two-story homes around it. Eight pool towels are stored above the dryer in the laundry room.



Bedrooms 🛏️



Primary bedroom: A king bed, bay windows overlooking the backyard, a walk-in closet, and a 55-inch smart TV.



Guest bedroom one: A queen bed and a 42-inch Roku TV.



Guest bedroom two: A queen bed.



Both guest bedrooms have bedside lamps, nightstands with drawer storage, closet hangers and shoe racks, additional linens, and portable fans. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and bedroom door locks add everyday comfort.



Bathrooms



Primary ensuite bathroom: A shower and an oversized bathtub.



Guest bathroom: Located in the hallway, with a shower and bathtub.



Living & Leisure 🎤



Make an evening of it with karaoke—choose your favorites, take turns at the mic, and enjoy a few songs together.



The private living room offers comfortable lounge seating and an 65-inch smart TV for movie nights or a quiet afternoon indoors. For time away from screens, choose from puzzles, Yahtzee, Monopoly, Jenga, Farkle, or a deck of cards.



Kitchen & Dining ☕



The farmhouse-style kitchen pairs granite counters with matching stainless steel appliances, a pantry, and an island. The dining table seats four, with two additional seats at the kitchen counter.



A Breville coffee maker prepares espresso, lattes, and Americanos, with coffee provided. The kitchen also includes:

• Refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

• Air fryer, toaster, and blender.

• Pots, pans, a baking sheet, dishes, and utensils.

• Spices and pantry items.

• Glass and plastic plates, children’s dinnerware, and wine, martini, and shot glasses.

For days that call for a little work between outings, a laptop-friendly workspace gives you a place to focus. A washer and dryer make it easy to refresh your clothes during your stay, with an iron and ironing board for getting ready to head out.



Guest Access



Guests have access to the home and its private backyard. Entry is through a keypad; use the provided entry code and follow the posted door-lock instructions.

Before You Arrive

• Children and infants are welcome; pets are not permitted.

• Pool safety: The pool and hot tub have no separate safety fence. The backyard is fenced, and the back door has a latch, but children require close adult supervision around the water.

• Parking: Space is available for two vehicles.

• Neighbor courtesy: Please keep outdoor noise low after 10 p.m.

• Wet weather: Rain can collect on the patio, and water mixed with dust can make surfaces slippery. Take down pool umbrellas when it is windy.
