You are within 4 miles of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Old Town Scottsdale & Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Phoenix Zoo, Biltmore Fashion Park and the Desert Botanical Garden, making it easy to jump between different vibes. There are numerous golf courses to play nearby as well!

Outdoor Adventures:

Camelback Mountain: The Echo Canyon Trail is just north of the neighborhood. It’s a challenging 1.2-mile trek to the summit with 360-degree views of the Valley.

Arizona Canal Trail: Perfect for a flat, scenic bike ride or jog. A unique local highlight is the bat viewing at dusk near the canal bridge, where hundreds of Mexican free-tailed bats take flight.
