Nice, comfortable hotel. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. The air conditioning also worked quite well. Check in and check out was very quick and efficient. Not too many stores nearby so it’s a bit isolated.

Paid for parking behind the hotel. Immediately got a parking ticket and boot. Asked for help from the staff who were rude and degrading despite the parking management company operating out of the hotel. We won’t stay there again.

That is definitely not the type of experience that we wish to provide for our guests. While the parking management company does operate outside of the hotel, our team should find a way to be a liaison. The hotel and staff were wonderful, and the room was super comfy and cute. My only complaint was that they used some type of perfumed carpet cleaner or air freshener in the hallways and the scent was overwhelming. Luckily we couldn’t smell it much in our room!

Hello Lisa,thank you for your compliments in regards to the staff and room. We do have an air-freshener on each floor and we usually receive compliments about the scent. I am sorry that it bothered you. I have a friend who is also sensitive to specific scents, while I love it she can't stand it.

This property is in such a good spot. The staff were very nice. The room was very clean.The only down side was parking, but it comes with the territory whenever you’re downtown in a big city. Other than that food was great, and I just really loved the location.

No parking. Cambria does not have a parking lot. You will need to park on your own on the street and risk a ticket. Homeless individuals roaming around hotel. Noisy upstairs due to rooftop music. Busy area.

Our entire neighborhood offers free street parking. Homelessness is a serious problem nationwide, an issue that we have no control over. I am sorry that you were perturbed by our location in a busy downtown area, however I assure you that the Rooftop restaurant follows all noise ordinances as outlined by the City of Phoenix. We thank you for your business and hope for an opportunity to properly host you in the future.

With parking at a very high premium, the staff offered a nice solution by issuing a parking permit directly outside the hotel front door on the curb. Great staff!

Enjoyed the art work around the hotel and its location. The only reason for giving it a 4 vs 5 star review was due to no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking about 2 blocks away.

When I booked the room, there was no where in writing that stated it was an extra $100 for the deposit on the room. I had just enough budgeted out, so that took me by surprise. The website stated there was microwaves in the room but there’s only one in the lobby. The AC did not work very well in the room. It still felt hot and stuffy. The cleanliness of the bathroom was minimally done at best. We found the shower being slightly dirty. The shower head was dirty and the pressure was off. The website is misleading. There is no designated parking for the hotel so we had to go find free parking on the street. That was not stated on the website. The staff was polite and made sure we had what we needed. It was a 3 star stay at best.

I really loved the location. Everything was really nice. I just didn't like that there is no designated parking but what do expect downtown. Other than that, I really loved my stay, and everyone was nice, and the rooftop bar/grill was AMAZING!!
