The family room, designed for mingling, includes a built-in wet bar with a mini-fridge for wine, countertop, cabinets, and a wine rack. Sink into the plump L-shaped sofa and watch the TV mounted above the fireplace. French doors lead directly to the outdoor patio, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.



The patio, a long covered space, features an outdoor dining table for six and a nearby grill for fresh, fire-to-plate meals. Beyond the patio, enjoy a backyard built for fun: swim in the pool, lounge on full-length chairs, or relax in Adirondack chairs. Golfers can practice on the mini putting green in a petite grove of palm trees.

Three additional bedrooms on this level include two with queen size beds, TVs, and ceiling fans, one with a jumbo closet for ample storage. The spacious kids’ bedroom has a dormitory feel with a bunk bed, full-size mattresses, an additional free-standing full bed, a picture window, and a walk-in closet with organizing fixtures. Kids can enjoy their own TV and a desk for gaming or work.



A full bath in the hall features a combination shower/tub and an extra-long vanity with twin sinks, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.



The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. Please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler, pool may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend pool heating in the months between October to May each year. We recommend a minimum 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool to be heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.



The home includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and wash as you go. Hotel-grade linens are professionally laundered after each visit, ensuring clean, fresh bedding and towels.

Guest has full access to all spaces of the home.



Parking

4 to 5 cars in the driveway. Street parking is acceptable but not preferred to be considerate of neighbors. The driveway is 40ft long x 35ft wide. RV could park in the driveway but no hookup. One garage parking spot is accessible.



Early Check-in Requests

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Just one minute down the road, a small commercial hub includes a Circle K convenience store, Dunkin Donuts, and casual dining options. You’ll find multiple supermarket options within a 5-minute drive, including Whole Foods and Walmart Supercenter.



This property is a 20-minute drive to Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport, and 25 minutes west of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.



The greater Phoenix area is jam-packed with indoor and outdoor attractions to suit every taste.
