In the heart of beautiful Scottsdale, this recently renovated home has a modern vibe and sits just minutes from Old Town and so much more, in one of the best locations Scottsdale has to offer.

The home features three bedrooms, two baths, and super-fast high-speed internet (100+ Mbps). Kick back on the plush wraparound sofa and enjoy the 55-inch flat-screen smart TV in the living room.

The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a Ninja blender, quartzite countertops, and shaker cabinets. Sit down at the 8-person dining table to share a meal and catch up with loved ones.

The primary bedroom stands apart with a king-sized bed, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds (queen over queen).

Once you have settled in, step outside to the immaculate backyard, with a private heated pool and hot tub, nighttime lighting around the landscaping, and a gas grill. It is a wonderful setting for entertaining throughout your stay.

Pima Park is about a 1-minute drive, Bashas' is about 4 minutes away, and Continental Golf Club is about a 3-minute drive, with Coronado Golf Course about 5 minutes away. Scottsdale Fashion Square is about 7 minutes away and Hayden Butte Preserve about 13. Black Rock Coffee is within walking distance, and Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll is a short drive.

Pool heat is available for an additional $100 per day to heat the pool and hot tub, with a 3-night minimum required and 3 days advance notice. When heated, the pool reaches about 85 degrees.

Please note that the hot tub does not have jets.
