**Pool - there will be a daily additional heated pool fee of $25/day when available in the spring. Please contact us with your dates to see if the pool will have the ability to be heated or not.**

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

★ LISTING NOTES ★
- Refunds won't be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
