Enter your private gate and walk through your garden to your spacious, high-ceilinged villa. The great room with full kitchen, offers a spacious living and dining room for relaxing or entertaining. Three cozy bedrooms mix a king, queen, and twin beds. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. Your high-walled secret garden features grass, trees and a heated (extra charge), diving-depth, very private swimming pool to enjoy Scottsdale's blue skies and desert scenery. Walk to the Scottsdale Greenbelt, Old Town Scottsdale's high-end restaurants, events, bars and shops or to adjacent golf, walking and biking trails - or just relax, sunbathe, swim and barbecue in your private yard. The house is fully equipped for vacation or business.

Your Villa has everything you require for a long-term stay in a neighborhood full of local attractions. The house is comfortable, fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, linens (including extra towels for swimming), sheets and comforters. The center of the house is a "great" room, with 15 foot ceilings, a large, sectional sofa to curl up on for relaxation and TV (with cable and internet), music or socializing. Your dining room table seats 8 with a kitchen counter for coffee and entertaining. The patio door behind the kitchen and laundry alcove leads to the barbecue and grassy, treed backyard, where you can eat under the olive tree. The living room desk looks out at the front garden and swimming pool. We provide shutters for bedroom windows, but leave living areas open to the private garden, shaded by trees.

The kitchen is a pleasure to work in, with granite counters, plenty of space, a view of the great room and comfortable stools for your companions to keep you company while you work. Our three bedrooms are comfortably furnished with adjustable beds in two bedrooms, walk in closet in the MBR. Both bathrooms are finished with granite and tile.

Our guests love to spend time in the private yard and garden, with comfortable outdoor furniture, armchairs, table and chairs. We provide a patio heater for cool evenings and lounge chairs for the diving-depth pool. Pool and landscape maintenance, of course. Pool heating to 82 degrees is optional at $50 per night extra charge from October 1 through April 30. We will query you a week before arrival and bill you for the additional charge. Long term renters can elect to pay for gas (used only for pool heating) directly.

Our Villa is located next to the Scottsdale Greenbelt - a 20 mile park extending from Tempe Town Lake (with little boats, kayaks and paddle boards) to the South to North Scottsdale. It contains miles of walking and biking trails, golf courses, lakes, sports, play and picnicking facilities. We provide some bikes and golf clubs for your casual use. You will be just South of Old Town Scottsdale, in easy walking distance to the Scottsdale Civic Center, Scottsdale Stadium and dozens of restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and attractions. You can easily walk to get coffee, visit a local sports bar, trendy bar locations, brunch restaurants, drugstore and other venues. You can rent electric scooters from the edge of the park via app and leave them at multiple locations (but not on our private street), sign up for a bike tour or rent an electric bike.
