Summary: Enjoy the charm of Mesa from our recently remodeled Tudor Revival Style home, ideal for a family or group of four. It’s a unique home with a pink retro kitchen and eclectic living spaces with vintage flair and loads of warmth. Retro features, but you’ll still have modern touches like high-speed WiFi and a Smart TV. Plus, our backyard offers covered dining, BBQ, a fire pit lounge and hammocks (shared area with guests of the casita when rented). You can also walk to local breweries and eateries!
The Space: Our 1920s Tudor Revival Style home is a unique marvel with an inviting vibe for your family or group of 4 friends.

SPACES OF THE HOME
– BEDROOM 1 – This is the primary bedroom in the bungalow home. It has a plush full-sized bed, funky vintage vibes, nightstands on both sides and an overhead fan for comfort.
– BEDROOM 2 – Sink into a plush full-sized bed in this bedroom decorated in a 1920s antique style – vintage simplicity at its finest! It also features a mini desk for a small workstation or vanity.
*Note: An air mattress is available upon request if flexible sleep space is needed
– FULL BATHROOM – A quaint washroom with flower tile accents, pedestal sink and tub/shower combo.
– CHEF’S KITCHEN – With its retro pink design, like a set from an old-time movie, this fully equipped kitchen is not only quirky but also functional! It contains everything you need to prepare a meal, including appliances, plenty of cooking space, a hot water kettle, and a Keurig coffee machine! (That’s not so retro!)
– DINING – A sun-drenched dining area and quaint farmhouse table for four in an area that possesses the nostalgic charm of a vintage diner.
– LIVING ROOM – This living room offers timeless elegance, with eclectic decor, lots of natural lighting, a large plush sofa, vintage chairs, and a Smart TV. It’s the perfect spot to come and have a relaxing moment together.

– BACKYARD – Quaint and full of ambiance featuring a pergola-shaded outdoor dining table area, BBQ grill, fire pit lounge, hammocks and places to relax and chill in fresh air.
– LAUNDRY ROOM – Enjoy the added convenience of a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and iron.
– DRIVEWAY – There is a spot for 1 car in the driveway. (The other available spot is for guests of our casita when rented) You may park in the street too. Just be mindful of the neighbors’ homes and driveways.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home and a spot for one car in the driveway. (The other available spot is for guests of our casita when rented).
The Neighborhood: Mesa, AZ, was founded in the late 19th century and blends its rich history with a modern vibrancy. Its historic district showcases early 20th-century buildings alongside new developments. Our home puts you 0.5 miles from Mesa Convention Center, 1.5 miles to Hohokam Stadium, and steps from numerous local breweries, restaurants, and activities.
Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are also reliable modes of transportation in this area! If you’re driving, you’ll be about 11 miles from PHX Airport and 22 miles from Scottsdale Airport (SCF).
Other Things to Note: Important things to know before booking to ensure a pleasant stay!
STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Minut device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2000 fine.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: - abide by our rental terms and conditions. - provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - that we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay
The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
We allow children with the following stipulations: - Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'. - Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The landscaper visits the property every Tuesday.
We don’t have a lost and found, so please double-check you have all your stuff before you leave. We can’t take responsibility for anything left behind.
HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - The primary guest who made the reservation must stay at the property. - Local guests within a 4-hour drive must contact us before booking. - This dog-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs for $125 per stay, but you must get pre-approval. The dog(s) must be crate-trained, and please clean up after your dog. No cats, sorry. - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected. - Recreational drug use or any illegal or dangerous activity at the property is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty. - Guests must comply with maximum occupancy and obtain approval for additional guests or incur a fee. - There are 3 outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know 1-2 days in advance to arrange it. - For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will contact you during your stay to coordinate the best day to do it. - Guests are responsible for keeping the property well-cleaned and maintained. Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay, including cleaning charges needed due to unauthorized pets discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file, followed by an email explaining the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500. - Please adhere to check-in and check-out times to avoid fines. - Property undergoes regular inspections to ensure compliance with rules and maintenance standards. - Specific rules apply for properties with septic tanks. - Thermostat: Temperature controls must be maintained to prevent damage. - Guests are advised not to have mail or packages sent to the property. - Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal property. - Prompt reporting of any maintenance issues is required, though refunds are not guaranteed. - The property is for vacation rental only; no commercial use allowed. - Guests must vacate the property at the agreed-upon time. - Failure to comply with rules may result in eviction without refund. - Guests must adhere to all local vacation rental laws and regulations.
No Third-Party Services Allowed - For liability and safety reasons, we do not permit any outside services (such as massages, personal chefs, mobile IVs, or similar bookings) to take place at the property during your stay.

Interaction with Guests: The home uses an electronic door code for entry. You’ll have complete privacy in the home during your stay. Just note that you will share the yard, laundry room and driveway with guests in the casita (when rented).
