« I found the staff hard to find when needed. & communication was not consistent-Changed depending on who was there... They all were nice enough didn't feel like anyone went out of the way to help »

« L'hôtel n'a pas un charme fou puisqu'il est dans une zone d'activité derrière l'hôpital de Phœnix. La ville n'a pas vraiment de centre et ne propose que de peu d'intérêt touristique mais elle constitue une étape ou une ville de transit. Dans ce contexte l'hôtel est pratique, le parking y est gratuit, un bon wifi et un petit déjeuner très bien. Le personnel est accueillant. Donc un hôtel pratique et confortable. »

« Hotel was very clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast with hot items was good. 5:00 am breakfast start time is great for early risers. Front hotel parking was not abundant but there is also an additional rear parking structure with overnight security. Price of stay was also very reasonable. »

« Grande chambre propre et confortable, déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Personnel sympathique et très serviable. Bien situé pour le baseball et basketball. »

« Rooms are clean and the service is great. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is not very centrally located but they have a shuttle that takes you within a 5 mile radius as there is barely entertainment around. Good for a short stay. »

« Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate »

« The pictures are VERY misleading. It’s tired and needs alot of TLC. Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. On a positive note the place was clean and breakfast was good. »
