Une hotel très accueillant, au charme fou. Les chambres sont vastes et très bien décorées. L'hôtel propose de nombreux services, dont un restaurant délicieux et un bar sur le toit avec vue sur le palais royal. Le service est excellent et les tarifs très intéressants. Nous reviendrons.

Très bel hôtel de charme.
Très bel hôtel de charme qui bénéficie de nombreux atouts dont une situation géographique idéale face au Palais royal et proche du Musée National, un cadre végétal exceptionnel et une très agréable piscine, un restaurant d'excellent niveau avec une salle intérieure et une terrasse où il est agréable de se restaurer dans un cadre reposant et raffiné. Le petit déjeuner est d'excellent niveau. Cependant il faut noter quelques problèmes au niveau des chambres dont certaines situées en rez-de-chaussée sont imprégnées d'humidité (1101 et 1102 par exemple) et si le personnel est globalement souriant et très attentif, il existe parfois des défaillances ponctuelles dans le service (au petit déjeuner par exemple). Enfin vous trouverez également une salle de fitness bien équipée, "un sky bar" sympathique qui domine le Palais Royal qui sert cocktails et "tapas"de qualité et une boutique intéressante avec objets "handicrafts" et souvenirs divers. Nous n'avons pas expérimenté le "spa" mais les locaux semblent très accueillants.

Bien situé à côté du Palais Royal vous pourrez faire vos visites a pied mais surtout venir vous reposer et profiter d une belle piscine entre deux visites. Hôtel de grande qualité au cœur de la ville.
L'emplacement est idéal. Grande chambre avec vue, bien équipée. Calme. Le service a été absolument parfait: check-in, service quand cela a été nécessaire, bar autour de la piscine, personnel de restauration, besoin de se déplacer dans la ville, tous nos interlocuteurs ont été vraiment attentifs et accueillants. La piscine et les transats (si vous ne vous baignez pas) sont très agréables. Restaurant (le soir) de qualité. Buffet du petit-déjeuner gargantuesque, très varié, et délicieux (un must). Bravo!

Pas une belle expérience
Joli hotel avec piscine et resto agréable mais au service déficient. Notre chambre était située en sous-sol avec vue sur un mur à moins d'un mètre... et beaucoup d'humidité. D'autant plus désagréable que l'électricité de la chambre est lié à la clé, donc pas de clim durant notre absence. Avec peu de lampe, la chambre était très sombre toute le journée. Prix prohibitifs au bar et au resto. J'ai demandé un taxi et un appel réveil à 4h puisque j'avais un vol de retour la nuit: ils ont oublié de me réveiller. Ensuite, mon retard semblait très peu les soucier.

Staff was great. Security made me feel safe and gave me tips on how to navigate through Cambodia. The massage therapist were wonderful. You will want for nothing if you stay in this hotel. Loved it so much. I stayed here twice for my trip.

Great staff, size of the room, pool and restaurant are great. The spa was good my massage was wonderful . With the spa you can not request a specific person for your massage which I did not like. Also 2 for 1 happy hour you had to buy 2 of the same drink. It would have been better if we could have paid for the higher drink and were allowed to buy 2 different drinks. Hotel was in the center of the city but needed to be aware of pick pockets in the area.

Our stay started very poorly at check in, where they made us wait 1 hour before we could get our room due to some kind of "electrical problem". It was past 6pm, rooms are supposed to be ready for guest by 2pm. I know stuff happens, but at least they could have given us a drink or somethigh instead of dumping is in a corner with no info. Afterwards the room still had an electrical problem. Basically unless the light is on the power outlets would not work... who exactly thought this was a good idea? Bedding was poor quality also. Breakfast was decent, their rooftop bar is good, and main restaurant has nice staff but below average food. Overall would not come back. We came 5 years ago but it was much better last time.

Nice resort style hotel
A resort hotel next to the royal palace. The rooms is a bit old and not soundproof perfectly. Staff, bed, breakfast, swimming pool, gym are all good and worth the money.
