Beautiful property, great staff, lovely room and very nice pool. One proviso though… very friendly courteous polite staff but service very slow. Can wait 10 to 15 minutes for a drink ( coffee) even when the area is quiet.

Beautiful renovation / restoration of gorgeous old colonial villa and modern sympathetic and tasteful addition. Reception staff outstanding. Waiting staff very caring and pleasant. Orders a little slow to appear but provides more time to enjoy the lovely environment. Rooms first class, absolutely clean and fantastic shower.

The staff in this hotel are absolutely fantastic, right down to locating my daughter’s lost headphones in a taxi. Fantastic service - they could not do enough for you. The breakfast was also brilliant. Room was a good size with thoughtful touches. Lovely views over the palace and city. We both can’t wait to return to Phnom Penh - it was this hotel that made it for us.

The Hyatt Regency has an outstanding location right in front of the National Museum and very close to the Royal Palace. The lobby is in a beautiful colonial building while the rooms, restaurants and amenities are in a new, very functional building. The design is modern and elegant.
