Honestly, we'd stay here again. Great studio to stay in. Clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the fully functional and equipped laundry and kitchen. The convenience of luggage storage is amazing and the view on the top floor is really nice. 10/10 great location, easy to navigate to bus or septa.

The building was well kept. Common area above looked great. Rooftop had great views of the city. The room I stayed in was big, it had all the setup of a studio, including dryers, which was a welcome surprise. Location is easy to walk to. Able to get to anywhere I need to with no issue. Would definitely recommend this building and company

I would definitely stay at the Sonder again. Basically everything we might need was provided (pots, pans, clothing detergent, extra towels and washcloths, dish soap). All members of the staff were pleasant.

Loved the stay & the property itself, location could’ve been better as there was multiple homeless sleeping/sitting directly outside the door & on the rest of the block. also there was trash all along the street/sidewalks and minimal parking. If you’re super concerned about safety this location probably isn’t the best, but if you know what to expect while staying in philly this is a great stay.

My daughter and I stayed here 3 nights and we did not want to leave. So comfortable. It definitely felt like your own apartment. Loved having the dishwasher and in room laundry facilities. Walked from our room all over the city during daytime and later nighttime hours. We felt completely safe. We would definetely recommend staying here and I would love to stay at another Sonder property after our first experience staying at the Heid.

Overall it is a nice place to stay when visiting Philadelphia. A little inconvenient to have to use the service elevator for all 4 days of the visit since the main elevator was in need of repair. Parking is what it is, but be nice if the place partnered with a garage for a flat rate and safer environment when parking at night. Units are great! Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean. Only suggestion, add ceiling fans to the bedrooms for better air circulation.

The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet I had to use a plunger 😡 The kitchen sink had low drainage also!!!😡 Plumbing sucks literally! But I will say The apartment/studio is updated clean and modern. I requested more towels I got no response And the main elevator was out of order

Overall it was an okay stay. I appreciated the complimentary air plugs because we could hear the adjacent neighbors during our whole stay (I don’t think they ever turned their TV off). Although the heat in the bedroom worked well it was hard to keep the room warm because the draft from the window/brick wall made one side of the bed very cold (drapery could help with that) and without an area rug the concrete floor was freezing. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the pillows were thin and the bed linens didn’t fit the mattress - and if we didn’t stay for 4 nights this would’ve been less of an issue. We chose this option because of the kitchen and in-unit laundry as we were traveling with our 19 month old, and it was in walking distance to the events we were attending for the weekend. Definitely appreciated that there was always someone at the first floor desk.

I didn’t stay as I felt uncomfortable at the hotel. I didn’t feel safe so I left. I’d like a full refund as I didn’t stay at all.

Loved the property. Nicely furnished with large old factory windows and a lovely view. The kitchen and bathroom were well-appointed. Nice products in the bathroom. Everything you could need- washer/dryer, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was great, in a great location, sufficiently equipped. BUT it had been advertised as "deluxe" with a king bed, but we got a queen bed at best. The apartment reeked of weed and it took us 2 days of venting to get rid of the worst smell. Floor was quite dirty and sticky all around. Fitted bed sheet did not fit the mattress and was left covering only half of the bed. Overall, it was enjoyable. One word about parking: there seems to be lots of free parking a few blocks down (away from city center), the trick is to find the right time frame and be willing to walk a bit back.

The hotel was really cute. Loved all the windows and views but the second bedroom really seemed like an afterthought and the bed was not nearly as comfortable. 2 of the 5 nights of our stay we had incredibley noisy neighbors. The first night I went over myself and the second night (it was different people) is was clearly a party and although before the quiet hours I could not longer take the screaming coming from next door so I went down to security and they dealt with it. There was 10 people in that room and it was so loud I couldn’t hear the tv.

Really cool place close to downtown - clean, safe, and quiet. Unfortunately the mattress was pretty uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep great. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars!

I had a good stay at this property. However, it could have been horrendous. The walls seem to be paper thin and the potential for a very noisy stay is real. I was curious as to why they placed ear plugs beside the bed, until I realized that I could hear every creak and cough from the units around me. Could use some more art on the walls.
