Nous avons passé 4 nuits avec nos 2 enfants dans la résidence. Tout était parfait au niveau de l'accueil, de la propreté des lieux, de l'espace (chambre familiale immense, studio très lumineux et cuisine très fonctionnelle) et de sa localisation très centrale. L'améliorable serait peut-être d'avoir des canapés convertibles de meilleures qualité. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Philadelphia Center City Residence Inn by Marriott
Excellent stay but the surroundings of the hotel leave something to be desired. Too many homeless people beg around the hotel, and hotel staff should take action or have police officers to keep them away. These people can sometimes be aggressive and threaten the safety of customers.

Stinks weed throughout... and nasty hair and human stuff remained in bathroom, disgusting! The weed stench was permeating throughout the entire property, it was incredible!

I stayed at the Residence Inn for 3 nights while attending a conference at the Philadelphia Convention Center. The hotel's location is a very easy 3-5 minute walk away from the convention center, as well as transit stops and the Reading Terminal Market. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast buffet were always helpful and kind. The room itself was comfortable, but is showing some age.

Staff was accommodating and kind. The closest train station was a few minutes away, which was very helpful as we spent a lot of time at the WWE events for WrestleMania week as well as at Wells Fargo for a Sixers game. Highly recommended.

The location was great, and it was easily within walking distance of all of the most popular sites. The view was pretty good. We had a view of City Hall from our room. The negatives: The room was small, but also expected in older buildings. The shower was terrible; it looked as if someone had taken a normal shower and cut it in half-long ways. The floor had a dip, and the water would not completely drain from the shower. The "showerhead" was just a detachable mess, and its holder was on a pole where it could be adjusted but only just fell to the bottom. My wife found hairs in the shower wrapped around the cord of the detached "shower head" and embedded in the towels. The lobby was super basic and plain and seemed like the entrance to the local jail. The valet area was actually pretty large for the location, and it made it easy to load and unload our things; I had to get parking at a local garage because the hotel was charging one arm and maybe two legs per night for valet. (to be fair, they are all now for some weird reason). Regarding the price, I think this hotel is an okay deal and has a great location. This is not a high-end hotel, but that should be expected when comparing prices to others.

Overall it was a good experience but one main draw back is the shower design. There is a one panel glass door that swivels and is so inconvenient that water seeps through and your floor after a shower is always wet.

Lovely spot for a stay, and good location and in proximity of many food spots. Staff were great, and were so kind to upgrade my room as I was staying multiple nights, and the suite was clean and with a nice view. Appreciated the breakfast service as well.

For $300 a night you get a tv that doesn’t work brown stains on your towels and a broken shower head if your gonna spend that much go anywhere else

Do not use valet.
Valet let our doors open and someone stole our belongings. The staff were horrible unsympathetic. They were extremely rude. I would never Ever stay here again. We think it was an inside job. They stole my husband’s credit card and used at a local market.
