noise at room from appliance and out side buiding ..bad smell at corridor and room from old furniture .. bed sheet including comfort and pillow was to old .. room furniture was old .. I won’t book this hotel in the future

This hotel is convenient to the airport and I-95 as I'm sure you can see on a map. The building has concrete flexicore floors so it's soundproof top to bottom. The inner walls are also soundproof. I didn't like the in-room air handler. When it comes on, it sounds like a bus starting up. It will wake you in the night unless you bring along ear plugs. I'd stay here again but would bring my earplugs.

bathtub we reported was constantly running, would not shut off. we were told it would be taken care of while we were at the phillies/giants game. got back 5 hours later, nothing fixed. tub running all night at about gallon a minute. what a waste

The room was very nice and comfortable. There was an odd smell in the hallway. The ticket gate did not work when I had to leave to get to the airport. Another guest actually drove over a median to activate the gate on the other side so I and another guest could leave! I was a little late to the airport but still made my flight.

The rooms are clean and the pillows are comfy. We were charged an extra $250 for an incidental fee because we did not have a credit card. It was refunded approx. 5 days after check out. You also have to pay $25 everyday you leave and come back. Not bad for a two night stay. Couldn’t imagine longer.

Great staff and they were very helpful in check in and directions to places. Not a lot of food options around but can easily have something delivered etc. The room was clean and ready early. We will stay again when in the area.

AC in room blew HOT air out, even when set on lower temperatures. When the AC fan wasn’t turned on, very loud noises coming from unit. So only options were loud noises or 80 degree air coming out. Bathroom floor was covered in black dirt / footprints upon arrival. Overall very displeased

We had issues with the temp in our room (rm 254), we got in, mid-afternoon, and it was set at 70, & reading at 80°. We turned it down to 65, thinking it would need time to cool off, we left for a few hrs, came back to the same 80° room. I went to the front desk because the phone didn't work, she asked what room I was in & she said she would send someone up. I got to the room & about 2 mins later, something kicked off, it must have been the ac, and it started cooling down, few mins later, the guy showed up at our door to look at it, not sure he did anything as it was already cooling down, but he was very nice & let us know he was there till 11, if we had any more issues. We spent the night listening to this thing kick on & off, even till we ended up checking out the next day. It was a loud banging, and it looked like, in the room, that a portion of the wall was removed & a large metal panel was attached to the wall, and every time it kicked off, we heard it constantly bang. I could've gone and asked to be switched to a different room, but it would have been a hassle, and we just needed sleep!

I really liked that I could get a free shuttle to the airport. This was also one, if not the best, airport hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It was very clean, modern, and safe! I highly recommend!

Very nice and helpful staff. Even though the restaurant was closed, he came out and made us hamburgers and let us sit in the restaurant being seniors. That was very kind. Front desk just as helpful. What we did not like at all was the toilets being so very low to the ground it was difficult for us seniors to use in the room. However the toilets downstairs near check-in were normal.

This would be an excellent choice to stay overnight deserving five star if not for the fact that you need to pay $24 for parking. This should have been clearly advertised.
