Bright & Modern Home with Patio

You will thoroughly enjoy your stay in our centrally located home. From here you can easily walk to all the best sights -- Old City, Liberty Bell, Penn's Landing, The Italian Market, South Street, Reading Terminal Market, music venues and much more!

You will thoroughly enjoy your stay in our centrally located, freshly painted, super charming home.

Upon entering you will find a cozy living room with a TV set up for streaming all your favorite shows at the end of a long day sightseeing.

Continue on to the kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or large meal. A quick meal can be enjoyed in the kitchen while the patio is the perfect spot for a group meal.

On the 2nd floor you'll find a full bathroom, designated work space and the first of three inviting bedrooms.

On the 3rd floor you will find another cozy queen bedroom along with a third bedroom furnished with a daybed. This bedroom is perfect for escaping to read a book or spreading out a yoga mat (we've got you covered).

We're sure you will love calling our charming little home your home during your time in Philadelphia.

Guests have full access to the entire home and back patio, as well as the basement if they need to do laundry.

Rates and minimum stays are subject to change during holidays and special events.

Check in is anytime after 4:00 pm.
Check out is at 11:00 am.

We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!
House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.
Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.

Easy access to historic Philly

The home is lovely and easily accessible to the historic parts of Philly. We walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants on both the main streets on either side of the house. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Great place, great location

Clean and comfortable space in a great location. There is no onsite parking and overnight street parking is limited, but we found the garage nearby to be easy and reasonably priced. Note to people traveling with young children: the stairs are pretty steep.

Wonderful Rowhouse in a Great Neighborhood

We spent a weekend at the house and loved it. Despite being right next to a ton of shops and restaurants, it's on a quiet alley with amazing mosaics. The house is well-stocked and well-maintained.Of course, you must make some concessions for the age of the building and neighborhood. The stairs in are pretty steep, the shower pressure is weak, and the alley is so narrow that driving down it is precarious. But when you're staying a few blocks away from where the Declaration of Independence was signed, that's the price you pay and we were happy to pay it.Communication with the management company, and check-in/check-out process, was as smooth as it gets.We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable apartment well located in the city

We were in town with family to attend a number of sports events in Philadelphia. This apartment was a comfortable home-base for our two night stay. It was well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Parking is definitely limited, but well described by the host, and so you should plan for some additional cost in your trip if you're planning to drive. The apartment is in a neighborhood with amenities and a reasonable walk to the old city center. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Weekend in Philly

Absolutely Loved! Location was top notch, we were able to walk conveniently to restaurants for brunch and awesome local pubs in Old City. The hosts description for parking was more than accurate. Luckily we were able to find street parking less than a block away but noticed a pay to park lot and garage very close if we would have needed it. The uber ride to Fairmont Park was easy and convenient as well. The property over all was lovely. Very clean, spacious and inviting. The neighborhood was tucked away from all the hustle & bustle which made the stay very private & enjoyable! We briefly met the neighbors and they were more than personable & kind. (Their dog was super friendly) This is a yearly trip for us & we will most definitely try to book this property again!
